• Antonio (4/5): O APTO É MUITO BOM MAS ESTÁ CLARAMENTE ABANDONADO E SEM MANUTENÇÃO. - O flat em si tem uma infraestrutura muito bacana, especialmente a área da piscina. O apto 619, onde nos hospedamos tem um espaço maravilhoso e uma vista incrível do Rio Negro. No entanto, claramente, o apto está abandonado e requer diversas manutenções. BANHEIRO: não tem suporte para sabonete/shampoo no box; não tem ducha higiênica TOALHAS DE BANHO: velhas e manchadas CAMA: péssima, o colchão de molas deve ser muito antigo e tem uma cratera no meio COZINHA: micro-ondas não funciona e falta diversos itens básicos necessários para um flat LIMPEZA: sofrível - muita poeira e cabelos espalhados pelo chão, cozinha mal limpa e aspecto ruim

• Luiz (4/5): Flat em um hotel - Boa localização Não sabia que se tratava de apartamento em um flat (propriedade privada) dentro de um hotel. Não oferecia a comodidade, limpeza e atendimento de um hotel.
• Priscylla (3/5): Não recomendo a experiência. - Gostamos da localização e da segurança do bairro, pois fica próximo às instalações militares e é possível caminhar durante o dia e à noite. Infelizmente, minha experiência neste flat ficou abaixo das expectativas. Apesar da boa localização, o estado geral do apartamento deixa muito a desejar, especialmente para um local que se apresenta como "executivo" ou de padrão superior. Estrutura desgastada: O teto apresenta infiltrações e rachaduras visíveis em vários pontos, com sinais claros de má conservação e remendos mal feitos. Ar-condicionado mal instalado: O equipamento está mal encaixado e há danos aparentes ao redor dele, com riscos de vazamento e comprometimento da estrutura. Camas e roupas de cama: O colchão principal é razoável, mas o sofá-cama é extremamente desconfortável e estava com lençóis usados e bagunçados na chegada. Só havia conjunto de lençóis para apenas 1 cama. Aliás, o quarto se vende como possuindo 2 camas queen, mas na verdade possui apenas uma e a outra é sofá-cama! Limpeza e organização: O local estava com roupas e louças já utilizadas, o que mostra falta de capricho na arrumação antes da nossa entrada. Banheiro incompleto: Havia registros instalados sem os devidos acabamentos e a aparência geral era de desgaste e desleixo. Mobília antiga e mal conservada: O armário e o cofre visivelmente sujos, sem cabides e com sinais de ferrugem, e a decoração geral bastante ultrapassada. A cozinha tinha poucos (ou quase nenhum) utensílios disponíveis e funcionais, o que dificultaram os preparos no flat. Conclusão: A hospedagem não condiz com o que é prometido nas fotos ou na descrição do anúncio. Precisa de manutenção urgente e mais atenção à limpeza e ao conforto dos hóspedes. Não recomendaria para quem busca uma estadia agradável e tranquila em Manaus. Apesar de se encontrar em um hotel, não dispõe dos serviços que o hotel oferece por ser uma unidade independente, como por exemplo café da manhã (só descobrimos ao chegar lá).

A propaganda é que teria estacionamento e NÃO TEM. Tem que estacionar na rua e se virar para achar lugar. Fora que enviei mensagem para o dono do flat que mal me.respondeu, super antipático, respondeu apenas uma das.duas mensagens. Frisando: é o flat, não o hotel.

• Herman (5/5): Passable - The hotel itself is in a nice location with lots of amenities. The pool was nice and it was great that they had a bar near the pool. The sauna was nice as well. Restaurant came in handy since we were there on Christmas eve, they did a buffet dinner and we were able to get a last minute reservation and didn't have to go anywhere. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The bed was a good size and the convertible sofa was a good size where both kids fit. What we weren't told when we were booking is that the room we rented was a private residence in the hotel, so we were not entitled to any of the amenities. Breakfast was not included, we had to pay 72R$ per person, kids were free. The hotel was COMPLETELY BARE. There was no toiletries, no hair dryer, not even hand soap. My wife wanted to take a shower and wash her hair but couldn't because there was no hair dryer and hotel wouldn't provide one, we were told we had to speak to the owner and since we were only staying for one night and it was Christmas eve, we figured no point to try and get a hold of the owner. I wasn't even sure how to do that on Booking. There were no pool towels, so we had to use the bath towels which then meant we had to use wet towels after the shower. There is a small kitchen if you are staying for an extended period, but there are no cooking utensils or eating utensils, There was just 1 fork. The owner should do a much better job furnishing the apartment to make it more comfortable for a longer stay. At least provide since toiletries, hair dryer, hand soap and pool towels. Also, one of the lights kept flickering, so we couldn't use the main set of lights. The room overall looks dated, there are cracks in the walls and some power outlets are coming out. The hotel itself is dated and you can tell it needs some upkeep.

• Crystal (4/5): Don’t Book a Private Flat - The property itself was beautiful. They were not many chairs to lay down by the pool. The food at the buffet was not great for lunch or breakfast we tried. I didn’t realize that I had booked a private flat within the hotel. That was very unclear when I was making my booking. This made the stay difficult. There were no pool towels in the room, and the hotel would not give us any of their own, since it was a private flat we booked. The owner of the flat did not respond to me when I asked about the towels multiple times. I hope that it is more clear when you are booking a private flight versus a hotel room because they operate very differently.

• Jamin (3/5): Can’t wait for the real Tropical Manaus to re-open! - the kitchenette 1. This property has hotel rooms and apartments that are privately owned. We booked Tropical Residence, which is privately owned. All services to the hotel guests were not included. 2. Although it had a small kitchen, the microwave was not working. We could really use an electric kettle and a cutting board for fruits. 3. Our trip was extremely long and our plane was delayed by 12 hours, we not only lost 1/2 of our day but arrived at 5am to find no sheets on our bed and no towels. We couldn’t sleep either as booking was for 4 and it only slept 3, so my daughter slept on the floor. 4. The A/C wasn’t working. 5. Because it could not accommodate 4, we had to get an extra room from the hotel. 6. There was no shampoo, conditioner, or soap. it was rough not having these for a shower after a long journey. 7. This property is NOT affiliated with the former Tropical Hotel. MISLEADING. Very different standard, vibe, style. I would give 1 star for the residence, 3 stars for the hotel. 8. Pictures found here are NOT of the Tropical Executive. They are of the former Tropical Manaus that is being renovated and will serve as a hospitality school. The pictures of the zoo, of the large alfresco pool, colonial rooms ARE not of this property. 9. The Executive as a hotel is budget friendly, convenient, clean and safe. I would stay there again if conducting business. For holiday, i would prefer to stay at the future hospitality school.
