• Angela (10/5): Definitely yes to this location! - Spotless clean, close to subway and bus stations, large rooms, you have everything you need in the house! We were 6 persons and it was great, the 3 rooms were enough. There is a spacious living room where we spent evenings. There are restaurants and places to buy from supermarkets in case you need it. A delicious breakfast I want to recommend at the Parisienne Cafe, which is right next crossing the street. It is a great neighborhood, clean and safe (we did not test drunk walking and weird hours though 😅). We do really recommend it 👌 Nothing to mention

• Suzanne (10/5): Geweldig verblijf - Er is ruimte genoeg voor 6 volwassenen (3 stellen), de flat is van alle gemakken voorzien. De ligging is heel gunstig. Bushalte is om de hoek, winkels zijn vlakbij. Helemaal niets! Er lagen te weinig handdoeken toen we aankwamen: maar na een bericht aan de eigenaar werd dat meteen goed opgelost. Echt fantastisch!

• Paul (10/5): Super apartment and a real home from home for any length of London break - A real home from home with abundance of things you need, eg crockery, glassware and cupboard space. Warm, lots of reading material and great comms and instructions Nothing, though as it is close to TFL connections and shops, clients should expect some noise. It was not off putting for us though
• Lieke (9/5): Aanrader als je niet in hotel wil verblijven. Volledig huis met alles erop en eraan! - Heerlijk comfortabel huis. Wij verbleven met gezin van vijf met 3 jong volwassenen. Twee badkamers. Fijne banken om te chillen en woonkeuken voor gezellige eetmomenten. Met OV om de hoek is locatie prima!! Ook vele restaurantjes in de buurt. Niets.

• Sander (9/5): Gezellig verblijf, goed uitgerust met prima voorzieningen. - Prima locatie en goede voorzieningen. Goede uitvalslocatie. Bij de ontvangst er een misverstand, maar dat was gelukkig telefonisch op te lossen.

• Decurtins (10/5): Jederzeit wieder mit der Familie - Die Lage und das Apartment waren sehr schön, die Ausstattung top. Als es stark gewindet hat, haben die Fenster geklappert.

• elena (9/5): Vacanze Londinesi - Appartamento bello e pulito, veramente molto fornito, lavatrice, lavasciuga, microonde,macchina per il caffè, bollitore...e accessori cucina di ogni genere.... Davvero soggiorno confortevole... Posizione in zona 2 ben servita da bus e metro per raggiungere i vari punti della città. Eravamo due famiglie, noi un po' bassini non abbiamo avuto problemi, l'altra famiglia di persone piuttosto alte hanno trovato difficoltà a causa dei letti piuttosto piccoli.. però credo sia una caratteristica degli appartamenti a Londra.

• Herman (9/5): Zeer comfortabel, overal dichtbij. - Zeer fraai, goed uitgerust appt. Super schoon. Prima slaapkamers en badkamers, met alle voorzieningen. Keuken super compleet, koffie , thee, kruiden etc aanwezig. Fijne zitkamer, prima tv en wifi. Op 3 min lopen grote goede supermarkt, op 8 min lopen Clapham Junction station. Viel te verwachten in zo'n drukke stad, maar toch wel veel lawaai (vliegtuigen, auto's, bussen, één ochtend bouwwerkzaamheden). Als het in de zomer warm is, wordt het in het appt ook erg warm. Wel staan er overal ventilators, dat helpt.

There was plenty of space and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Easy, quick walk to Clapham Junction station but very quiet. No road or other noise. Highly recommend!

Also fantastic location for getting in and out of London . Owner even went out of their way to allow us in an hour early as it was raining . • Sarah (10/5): Great London getaway. - The apartment was wonderful, exactly how it looks. Bedrooms are all decent size, fantastic to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you needed. Lounge was a great space, very comfortable. Right by Clapham junction and well connected to buses to get all over. Staff so helpful. Honestly such a fantastic find. Will absolutely be staying again. Nothing all fantastic.

Very easy checkin and check out. Access was easy with public transport from Gatwick airport and the centre of London. We really enjoyed staying there.

• Christian (9/5): We enjoyed our trip to London and staying in this apartment. - Amazing apartment, lovely interior and well equipped with all you need. 5 Min walking distance to central train station Clapham Junction being perfectly connected to public transport and as such City of London can be arrived comfortably on short time. Clapham / Battersea area offers shopping, supermarkets and various bars/ restaurant in walking distance as well! Apartment part of typical English housing with thin walls and single-pane windows and thus first night quite noisy due to incoming flight to Heathrow passing by the area until 11pm. Not a problem at all the days after maybe due to different inbound routes of planes.

The location was perfect, and the supermarket, shopping stores, and religious places were at walking distance. There were buses and train stops at a walkable distance, which made our trip more enjoyable and easy. There was a good selection of books on the shelf, which were very well selected and rightly for the purpose. Due to time constraints, we were not able to read it. The scented candles, tools, accessories in the drawers, several cutlery, especially for all types of cooking, glassware, etc. Thank you once again for providing such a fantastic experience. There are few points that have to be noted and corrected if possible, such as the dimmer light switch at the first room as we enter the house was defective or loose, the switch would operate at times and would take for ever to switch off, there was no lighter or matchsticks to light the scented candles, the first burner on the left side - the outer ring didn't work only the inner circle burner was operating. The clothes stand was tough to assemble, there seems to be something missing to hold it in place. Finally, the main entrance had a padlock with the combination, if that was the old way to get access to the rooms, then it should be removed. If not, customers have to be informed to use the door lock combination directly to access the residence.

Good size bedrooms, comfortable beds, great mezzanine equipped kitchen, overlooking the sitting room, very clean and felt safe. Guy, the host, was very quick to respond my queries and was very clear with checkin instructions. Thanks for the good breakfast place recommendation. We were 3 couples and we all loved the property and look forward to use it again in future. I highly recommend this home from home property. Thank you. We liked everything about it.

Guy is a fabulous host and answered my questions within a few minutes.The house was amazing, so so beautiful and perfect in every way! They even provided a baby bath and a cot for my baby, huge help for us! Everything is soooo lovely-clean and tidy, beautiful bedding, sustainable friendly cleaning products/shower gel, comfy beds and soft towels. Guy also sorted parking which was a huge help for us arriving so late in the arriving-thank you!! Train station (Clapham Junction is a 5min walk) AMAZING hosts and perfect accommodation! The layout was spacious enough to ensure everyone had their own area while still enjoying communal spaces together. One of the key benefits of the flat was its convenient location. Situated just a 15-minute walk from the tube and underground access, we found it effortless to navigate London's sights and attractions. Moreover, having cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores within walking distance added a great deal of convenience to our stay, allowing us to easily dine out or pick up essentials. The flat does not have air conditioning. While leaving windows open provided ventilation, the lack of screens meant that insects could enter, which was occasionally bothersome. Additionally, being close to a police station meant that there was some noise at times, which could disrupt those sensitive to external sounds.
• Tony (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very clean, newly renovated and big enough for family of 4. There are also pretty big kitchen and living areas in the facility. We had some minor issues during our stay, but host responded and solved the problems very quickly. Good communication with him. The facility is located very close to a main street. Within 3 minutes walking distance, you can take bus 87 right into central London if you prefer leisure sightseeing and enjoy the view on the second level of the unique London bus. If you prefer train or underground, there is pretty big train station close to the facility. It even has train go directly to Gatwick Airport.

It's perfectly located for city travel, just a short walk from Clapham Junction, with vibrant restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Despite its central location, the street is quiet and feels very safe. The apartment is spotless, with remarkable attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. We were initially concerned about booking as it was new to Booking.com, but our worries were unfounded. Recent positive reviews mirror our great experience. Our family of five found the apartment spacious and comfortable, clearly designed with visitors in mind. It's a true gem, and we'll definitely return for future trips to Clapham. Highly recommended!

• Joseph (10/5): Very good. Excellent value, location, accessibility and a lovely place. - It's an amazing little spot right in the centre of Clapham for excellent value. I stayed with friends for a rugby match and will absolutely be coming again to see other friends that live in London, such a gorgeous little place. It's maybe 500m from Clapham Junction station which it's very easy to get a train into, so mega accessible for those that live outside the big city. 10/10. Nothing, all perfect and I'm turbo whiney.
