ZI HAN (7/5): 快閃台北會考慮居住 - 以假日住宿而言，算是很優惠的價格！附近店家除了餐廳，還有寶雅等藥妝店可以採購日常用品。步行可至台北車站與轉運站，交通便利。旅館似乎有長期居住的旅客，公共空間（餐桌區、廚房）都有大量的私人用品，滿髒亂的⋯⋯而且經過逃生門時都是敞開的狀況，可以看到逃生梯。逃生門前還堆放像床包的物品，不確定為什麼要這樣做？觀感不好。
MISUZU (6/5): 二度と利用しない‼️ - 台北駅に近いので食事や買物､あちこち出かけるのには便利。全体的に清潔感に欠け、感じる空気感がモヤッとしてクリアではない。2階はワンルームのホテル､4階はドミトリーと分けてあるが、フロントは4階にあり受付スタッフの対応はゲストハウスレベル。(人柄を非難するものではなくて)フレンドリーではあるが礼儀正しさは無い。どこのホテルでもチェックインの際にされる最小限の説明(設備の説明・wifiのpw・掃除やアメニティ交換・4階自動ドアの開閉方法etc)は無くこちらから訊ねて漸く回答。結果､滞在中(2泊3日)の部屋の清掃・ゴミ捨て・タオル類交換全く無し。タオルは申し出ればバスタオルのみ渡されフェイスタオルは交換不可。ゴミはビニール袋渡され自分で交換して所定の場所に出すetc 最も衝撃的だったのは『見えない場所のあまりの不潔さ』使っていたボールペンのキャップが床に落ちたためベッドの下を覗いたら､何と夥しい量のゴミや綿埃を発見ヽ(￣д￣;)ノ=3=3=3 思わず吐きそうになり、蕁麻疹が出そうなレベル:(；ﾞﾟ'ωﾟ'):一体何年分⁉️ 宿泊施設のトコジラミ騒動は未だ旅行者の脳裏から払拭されていないが､このホテルではそもそもその当初からそのような意識すら経営者・運営スタッフに共有されていないと感じられる。台湾では様々なホテルを利用して来たが、今後このホテルへの再訪は全くあり得ない。

Valeria (6/5): Camera pulita, bagni disgustosi. - La camera di per se era pulita, ma mi sembra il minimo dato che era solo un letto e un tavolino.. I bagni sono orribili, ho soggiornato lì per 4 giorni e non sono mai venuti a pulire i bagni, l'odore di urina arrivava fino al corridoio, in tutte le doccie c'erá un cumulo di capelli e in generale il bagno puzzava di fogna. La carta igienica mancava in tutti i bagni durante tutto il mio soggiorno. La struttura è abbastanza strana, lungo corridoio con tutte le porte delle camere, in generale non una bella esperienza, ma dati i prezzi e la qualità dei servizi di Taipei non so se si trova di meglio..

宮武 (5/5): 大きな問題なく過ごす事ができました！ありがとうございました！ - 受付の方がとても感じの良い笑顔で素敵でした。台北駅から徒歩10分以内にあるので、立地の利便性は文句無しです。シャワーカーテンにカビが生えていたり、シャワー周りの清潔さは日本の格安ホテルに及ばないのでどうしても受け付けなかったです。ごめんなさい、値段が安い分批判的な事は言いたくないですが、改善していただけたら嬉しいです。
Toru (7/5): 高いが、こっちのフォルモサ101もなかなかのホテルでした。 - ２０２６年１月2日・Ｔ14・ダブルの部屋に滞在しました。台北１０１近くのフォルモサ１０１の台北メインブランチ、こちらには初めて滞在しました。スマホからの予約に限ったことなのか、この時期の一人部屋としては約１２８００円と安く取れました。広々とした部屋、机と椅子もあり、荷物を広げるスペースも十分でした。ダブルを一人使用であることを考慮しても十分と感じました。ビルの４階が受付で、滞在した部屋は３階でした。101の方と違い、ドミトリーなし、シャワールームもトイレも沢山ありました。台湾では少ないビデ付きでした。最初ホテルに着いたとき、101の方で何度も会ったスタッフ女性、バネッサさんだったか、まさかの久々再会は嬉しかったです。台北駅から近いですし、シーメンも近い、地理的条件も素晴らしいです。防音、これは非常に悪い。コンクリート壁と思うのですが、見た目・感じ方と、現実は違い、台湾ではこんなものなんでしょうが、隣の部屋の声がはっきりと聞こえます。そしてこれらが発生したのは、深夜の２時３時。受付に言うとその場で対応してくれ、うるさいから静かにと注意してくれました。若い男性スタッフでしたが、大変立派な対応をとってくれました。。隣のＴ13はツインなのか、スマホ通話なのか、男性二人いるようなの話し声、笑い声は止みました。言わなかったら朝まで続いていたでしょう。買い物してきたのか、出入りも繰り返され、この点は最悪でした。部屋構造もあるでしょうが、マナーを弁えない滞在者が隣に来たというのが大ハズレでした。そうでなければ、ホテルに対する評価はもっと上がっていました。あと、最初4階から3階に降りてきた時のこと。まだ工事中の建物か、という光景で、目の前に、ドアがあり、カードキーかざすセンサーがあったがまるで気づかずで4階に戻り、スタッフ同行で入った。壁には何もないし、そのドアしかないのに、なんでわからなかったのか？という感じでした。思い込みがそうさせたんでしょうか、ドアやセンサーにフォルモサ101のシールでも貼っててくれたら、助かると思いました。いいホテルいいスタッフでしたが、わからなかった、最初は苦労したということです。

Eric (7/5): A very expensive hostel in the center of Taipei - No question the location is great but highly overpriced hostel. Obviously because last minute booking and during a very busy weekend in Taipei. Nevertheless, price of a very good hotel for a room with shared bathroom Price
Thomas (2/5): Arnaque à touriste et à étudiants. - La situation est idéale. Le prix Booking était presque le double de celui proposé par l’hôtel en direct sur le site. Mais notre réservation n’était pas annulable donc nous n’avons pas pu rectifier notre erreur. L’hôtel est très cher pour l’absence totale de service proposé: les parties communes sont sales (nous sommes restés 4 jours à l’étage 2F au milieu des poubelles, des bacs de draps sales et de fils/bouts de meubles en tout genre)… le ménage n’est pas fait (c’est précisé à l’arrivée) donc on doit rester dans nos poubelles le temps de notre séjour. Accueil désagréable (la borne automatique ne fonctionnait pas, la personne au comptoir s’est occupé de nous avec un extrême désinvolture)… Pour la moitié de ce prix là, vous pouvez séjourner au grand hôtel de Taipei. Une honte! Attention à bien comparer avec les prix proposés par l’hôtel directement avant de réserver!!!! En deux semaines à Taïwan, c’est l’hôtel le plus cher et le plus mal tenu que nous avons du subir…
朱麗樺 (3/5): - 為什麼平時定價才幾百塊，一到特殊日子，如有演唱會就飆升到3千多元，而且我記得訂的是雙人有衞浴設備，為什麼會變成雙人房公用衞浴。

雨芙 (4/5): - 廁所提供酒精噴霧清潔 1.隔音真的很差，聽得到隔壁房聊天跟打呼的聲音... 然 2 館內乾淨拖鞋備品不足很令人困擾，因為入住前有特別看了告知，確認旅館會給拖鞋才沒有自行攜帶的，結果到了現場說「因為客滿了」所以沒有乾淨拖鞋...覺得理由非常不合理😓值班員工說會想辦法幫我們生出來（拖鞋），我也不想為難對方，所以就說不急著用，我們還出去晃了一小時，回來時還是沒準備好，最後給我們穿其他員工自己的拖鞋😅實在有點尷尬且不確定衛生狀況如何，希望下次拖鞋這樣有在公告承諾會提供的備品，可以確保每位房客都能用到。

ShakaShakaZulu (6/5): - The location is great, the people were nice They moved us to a different room after one night because they had some problem with the air conditioner. Anyway, the new room had a bigger bed and no place to move around, and after every use of the shower, the bathroom was full of water all over the floor.. honestly, it was pretty annoying.
