Guest Reviews
- Kumari (6/5): Okay to sleep in but nothing amazing - Large spacious flat, in good location, with cooking facilities and bathroom. Nice that there was tea and coffee and bottled water. Lockbox didn’t work so we found the keys just left in the door. The kettle also didn’t work but there was a microwave and hob so we could still make tea.
The main issue was that the temperature dial on the shower didn’t work so the water was permanently stuck on boiling hot.
Did report this to the owner through booking.com but didn’t receive a response.

- Wendy (8/5): Convenient, cosy apartment in greater London - Love that the apartment was in a cute little street close to everything you need including buses trains and amazing places to eat. The floors are a bit wobbly in the hallway took some getting used to. The beds are very firm but warm. The shower door pops off the runners but easy to pop back on.
- Xuefang (5/5): Didn’t have good experience - The host was polite and responsive whenever we raised issues, which I truly appreciated. It’s walking distance from Kilburn Station, approximately 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately, the stay was very disappointing. The building itself is old, poorly maintained, and not soundproof. We could clearly hear loud footsteps from upstairs, banging water pipes whenever taps were used, and constant noise from neighbors who were still playing music and talking in their backyard well past midnight. The overall environment didn’t feel safe or comfortable, and the noise levels made it nearly impossible to rest. Sadly, this was not a pleasant stay and I wouldn’t recommend it, unless you don't mind all the issues we encountered. (We kept the accommodation as clean as possible when we checked out).
- Olanrewaju (9/5): Great facilities. Very local to station and other shops. - Great facilities and excellent location No
- DANIEL (3/5): - The staff I spoke to were very welcoming and nice. The property was also and the kitchen was in perfect condition There was no heating and despite repeated calls nobody bothered to address the situation. Also, I rat/ rodent in the housing. The grasses in the yard should be cut down.
- Clement (4/5): Disappointed for the price - Location in line with expectations, size is OK. - apartment not in expected or acceptable condition for the price, with mold and cracks on walls, strong humidity smell. I know this is a common issue for garden flats in London but clearly minimal effort is put in this property which is likely used for maximum yield
- apartment was not ready when we arrived and we had to wait 3 hours. This was somewhat made up by giving us an extra hour on departure day
- uncomfortable beds with worn out mattresses
- very limited cooking ustensiles and gear

- Larissa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nicole (9/5): Zone 2 London home away from home - great for families. - Spacious ground-floor flat with comfortable beds and great location. Price was so reasonable and communication with the owner was quick and easy. We had some issues with the dryer not working for our seven night stay, but the owner was super attentive and even though it didn't end up getting sorted, he did send round a technician and we got our clothes dried because the central heating system was so easy to use. If you're planning to use the visit as a laundromat maybe check it's fixed, if you're trying to see London for a reasonable price, this is a great spot.
- Martin (8/5): Great - House was great. Everything was clean and as expected TV remote didn't work. The host advised he ordered a new onw for future guests.
No key external on kitchen door which was a little unnerving.
Internal kitchen door could not be closed and there were no curtains. Kitchen noticeably cooler because or this, and no sense of privacy. Also let a lot of light in the morning which wasn't great for a sleep in on adjacent bedroom.
Some smoke/ monoxide detectors had the plastic covering on them
- Elena (6/5): Pleasant - The location of the apartment is very close to bus station and both overground and underground station. Near the apartment you can find pubs, shops and markets really closed. The claning was done properly even if a bit late. Looks like the owner listen to the requests of the guests (new forniture and pots have been provided considering the previous reviews) The apartment is hight potential but needs a renovation. Dishes and glasses need to be replaced The apartment is very far from looks like as in the pictures provided. Beds old, Towels old and not enought for us. And many othet things.
I thinks would be enough to visit the place and see what is needed. The garden could be a plus if used as a garden and not as it is.
- Ahmed (8/5): Thank you - Nothing Everything
- Fahad (7/5): Good - -The stuff all super supportive, and i would like to thank them for their cooperation and their responsive time.
-Resturants, shops, and bus stations are near by
I recomed the appartment as a value of money -The apartment is so old and needs renovation.
-Room needs cloth cabinet.
-Kitchen cutleries bit old and havely used.
-Very old neighborhood and crowded
-Bathroom needs exhaust fan
- Burman (8/5): Very good - The size of the apartment. Convenient location. It is near the bus stop. Bus 98 is only about a 3 mile ride to Marble Arch. The Kilburn tube station is about an 7 minute walk. It is close to shops and restaurants. The chairs in the dining room need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. The apartment was clean, but the dishes had to be rewashed. The wine glasses in the cupboard had lipstick on it.
- Oluwafemi (10/5): Exceptional -
