Angela (1/5): Unclean, musty, old. - The only positive was the location. The inside of this apartment is old, musty and unclean. The carpets are filthy. When we arrived there was small piles if black hair on the carpet. The bathroom has mould in the shower. The kitchen surfaces were grimy, the plates had pools of water sitting in them inside the draws. The furniture is very old. The main bed is extremely uncomfortable and the fabric head board smelt very musty and unwashed hair. It was gross! Kitchen cooking utensils are very basic. The apparent is very dark during the day - except for the main bedroom, and is very bright at night. The smaller bedroom has a window next to the entry to the parking garage which has bright lights on all night and is noisy. The property management did offer to clean the apartment again, but I had already done it as there is a vacume and cleaning products there.

Pain (4/5): I booked this for some international visitors and was very embarrassed how dirty it was. - The location was great, easy walk to Waitara station or into Hornsby shopping district The apartment was not clean. It was very surface clean but not clean clean. Blanket on bed had marks, floor left your feet black, the couch was very dirty and the bathroom was mouldy.

Len (6/5): Good stay, can be better with a few small upgrades as above, also indicate on street parking only. - Location was convenient. Apartment was neat and tidy. Access into the apartment was easy due to ground floor. No parking other than on street, this meant if lucky you may have a park out the front somewhere or expect a walk down the street. Main bed was not comfortable, a mattress upgrade, problem solved. Kitchen utensils could be upgraded as the one cutting knife had a piece missing out of it. Lose handles on some pans which were dangerous, this can be easily fixed speeding a bit of money on new kitchen utensils, pots & pans, cutting boards.
Francis (5/5): Passable - Location was excellent. Easy walk to Waitara station and Hornsby shopping centre. Clean and spacious accommodation. Host could have provided coffee/tea a small container of milk. Little things like that are greatly appreciated and shows the host is interested in being welcoming to their guests. For us this was’t the case. A manual to operate the tv and heating/cooling helps your guests during their stay. WE thought the cost of accommodation was overpriced for the location. It’s around 50 mins by train to central station. We stayed here as we had a family function nearby. Apart from that there is not much to do around Waitara unless you are here for business. We were requested to pay a security bond before receiving entry instructions. Not impressed by that. It was later deducted from the cost of the accommodation. We would not choose to stay here again.
