O acesso é fácil e a região é muito privilegiada, o que facilitou bastante o deslocamento. Infelizmente, a experiência no quarto apresentou falhas que precisam de atenção. O chuveiro não esquentava, mantendo-se apenas frio, e o ar-condicionado não estava resfriando adequadamente, o que gerou um certo desconforto térmico durante o período.

• Vitor (3/5): Não vale o preço. - A localização é muito bacana. Embora o local do pedido tenha potencial, cai internet, cadastramento falho, fica sem elevador, estafe despreparado, apto minúsculo e muito usado, falta de mais um enxoval de banho.

Logo na chegada, percebi o cuidado e a atenção da equipe de recepção do prédio, bem como os anfitriões do apartamento, sempre prestativos e cordiais. As acomodações são confortáveis e novas com todos os utensílios básicos disponíveis. Ambiente 100% climatizado (quarto e sala). O quarto pequeno, porém muito limpo, confortável e organizado. Outro ponto que chama a atenção é a localização e a facilidade de comunicação com os anfitriões, administradores do apartamento. A localização também é conveniente, próxima as áreas de interesse, shopping supermercados e em frente a praia. Não há pontos negativos.

A limpeza estava impecável, fica o elogio para as meninas que fazem esse serviço com maestria!! O cheirinho de limpeza do flat durou por dias !! Achei o flat longe de mercados, não encontrei nenhum com menos de 1km de distância, o flat tbm não é enfrente ao mar, é necessário atravessar uma passarela bem grande para chegar até a praia, passando por duas pistas bem movimentadas ! A praia tbm não é boa para banho, em alguns lugares é muito suja, em alguns pontos a entrada é fechada, pois tem uma rede de esgoto que escoa pelo mar !

La administradora del departamento es muy amable y atenta. La atención en portería no es muy buena, poca amabilidad, llegamos 2 hrs antes del check in y nos tuvieron esperando en el Hall del edificio donde había mosquitos y hacía calor, pedimos agua y nos dijeron que no tenían vasos La lavandería funciona a través de una app y para poder usarla hay que tener documentos de Brasil.

Os funcionários são atenciosos e a localização é ótima (mercado, farmácias, restaurantes, shopping a poucos km, tudo que é necessário). Houve uma queda de luz que durou longas horas e a única coisa que ainda funcionava no prédio eram os elevadores. Eu esperava que o local tivesse geradores. Além dos problemas com a energia, a água ficou desligada durante algumas horas também, logo, não era possível utilizar nada no quarto. Entendo que foi um dia atípico, pois já me hospedei no mesmo local antes e foi ótimo.

Na reserva deixei claro que precisaria de duas camas ou uma cama e um sofá-cama. A reserva foi realizada sem problemas ao chegar mal tinha uma cama... a anfitriã informou que já havia entrado no imóvel não teria como desistir daquela primeira diária...

• kildere (10/5): - Fiquei muito satisfeito com a experiência no Smart Costa Azul. A equipe da VLV Stays foi impecável: atenciosa, educada e sempre disponível, desde o pré-check-in até o checkout. O processo de entrada foi simples e sem burocracia, e qualquer dúvida foi respondida na hora. O studio é extremamente moderno: fechadura digital, iluminação bem planejada, várias tomadas e portas USB, ar-condicionado silencioso, internet rápida e cozinha completa. Tudo estava limpo e organizado, cama confortável e enxoval de qualidade. A localização facilita deslocamentos pela cidade. O prédio conta com piscina, academia, coworking e lavanderia, todos os espaços muito bons. No geral, excelente custo-benefício e um padrão de hospedagem que pretendo repetir. Recomendo!

• Lays (9/5): Maravilhosa - Localização, hospitalidade, o flat é muito bem equipado e bem decorado com tudo que é necessário. A limpeza da entrada pode ser um pouco melhor. Falta um espelho de corpo todo.
