• Kseniia (10/5): - Останавливались семьей с ребенком 1,5 года. В целом, все было удобно: и расположение квартиры до достопримечательностей, и дополнительная диван-кровать в кухне-гостиной, и рестораны рядом. Квартира чистая, все необходимое имеется. Лифт небольшой, поэтому коляску оставляли внизу около почтовых ящиков. Не хватило микроволновой печи, но опять же она нам была нужна только из-за ребенка. Можно и без нее спокойно прожить. Также сильный шум с улицы, который имел место быть только в гостиной.
• Peter (10/5): Great location our 5th time to Rome so we had chosen the area specifically. - Georgio who we got the keys from was really nice and helpful despite a 2 hrs delay in the evening he was there to meet us with a smile at 10pm. He was great!

• Irina (10/5): Good stay! - The position was great! Because of the location the apartment is noisy
• Nancy (7/5): Great location, clean appartment… not so great customer service experience - Centrally located, close to almost every major arterial you may care about it. It is in a perfect spot, which you’ll only realize after a couple of days there. We visited in June, with temperatures about 92 degrees Fahrenheit. At arrival, the air conditioner was not working properly. My husband tried a few times by asking ChatGPT and couldn’t fix it. We reach out to the property managers/owners. They gave us a few tips on how to fix it (turn it off/on, etc. Nothing. So we asked if they could stop by to fix it since it was getting late (about 4:50pm) and were concerned we were going to sleep seating after a 10 hour flight with two children. They answered: “We can send a technician tomorrow morning.” As my husband could imagine the night we were about to have, he spend an hour or so with tips coming from ChatGPT and Reddit and he finally fixed it.
• Igor (9/5): Nice apartment near Piazza Navona - Everything was great especially the location. The apartment is exceptionally clean and the kitchen has pretty much everything you need for a couple of days. It’s not for some big cooking. Check in and check out were smooth except for a short wait in front of the door. We asked for two single duvets instead of one double, and they said no problem, but we got one double. Also, the bed linen for that huge duvet are actually two bed sheets instead of a classic duvet cover which are not connected so you wake up in the morning all wrapped up in sheets. For the price of the apartment they should have appropriate bed linen. There is no heating option and there are nights and mornings in April which are cold. The AC has some weird smell so we were scared to use it. The noise in the street didn’t bother us, but maybe someone would be having a problem with it.
• Lindsay (8/5): Very good - The owners were very accommodating with our early arrival and letting us store our bags. The location was wonderful. The bathroom was very spacious It was very noisy at night due to the restaurant right below. I definitely turned my white noise app all the way up. My daughter said the sofa bed was just okay.
