• Lenka (1/5): - We were two days without hot water. When we called host to informed him and fix the situation nobody answered till next day. When it happened again nobody answered again. No TV

• Paul (10/5): Great spot to explore Rome from. - Good location. Very quiet. Near a police station and we felt safe. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Nice big apartment loads of space. Staff were very helpful for check in and check out. Very responsive to messages and gave great recommendations for eating out and told us where the local doctor was based.

• Joanne (1/5): Bad - Awful experience! The boiler in this apartment is not fit for purpose and is dangerous! Having a shower was a nightmare,only one of the two showers can be used as the water in one only spurts out of the connection.the water go's from cold to boiling hot then the boiler cuts out and has to be reset,there was only two of us staying here as sadly our friends had to cancel last minute, I don't know how 4 or even 6 people are supposed to cope and would hate to think of a child in there as they would be scolded!!! The owners obviously know the boiler is not sufficient as the Instructions left state not to take consecutive showers!!!! The whole place is in desperate need of painting, the plates are all crazed and chiped and cracked,no wine glasses,one of the 2 beds needs a new mattress.we we're touring italy and this was our 6th apartment,i have left all the other apartments great reviews,I contacted the company about the problems but they didn't want to know, they even replied with a blatant lie saying the apartment had been painted 5 days ago😱 the only positive I have is the sheets pillows and towels are lovely and the area is fantastic place to stay

• Sharon (8/5): Once again we loved Rome especially Trastevere. - Beautiful apartment with a great location in Trastevere. More attention can be given to the finer details and facilities especially in the kitchen. There were no dishcloths for drying and for wiping surfaces. The duvets for the beds had no covers as the evenings were getting colder.
• Katyawatya (10/5): Trastevere retreat - perfect location for our trip to Rome, close to good public transport and great restaurants. we loved the apartment and its attention to detail. all was v good.
• Arlene (5/5): Not recommended - Close to restaurants and church Found cockroaches in the kitchen, lots of mosquitoes my daughter had 14 mosquito bites the first day so she kept scratching it, there’s no aircondioner in the 2nd room so since there are mosquitoes and the two people who occupied the room had to do bug spray for the several nights we stayed, elevator chances to work is 20% only as it’s very laidback, if other tenants forgot to close it properly it won’t work, we have to carry 7 heavy luggage’s upstairs, they won’t fix it immediately. We stayed 4 days they only provided shampoo and soap good for 2 days oy, when requested the owner didn’t reply, the kitchen has the tendency to overload and was not explained prior hand, so one early morning and too dark still we ended up having no electric power and tried to figure out by ourselves how to fix it

• Bafatakis (7/5): Good - Very nice location near to Trastevere with a lot of bars and restaurants and near to the city center.Quite neighborhood.Big spaces. Despite the disadvantages it is a typical appartment for spending 2 or three days in Rome. Very uncomfortable the 2 of the 3 double beds. Not so clean . Found dirty in the floor (see picture). The elevator was very narrow. Too difficult to put the big travel bag inside the elevator. Also the shower didnt work well. The company who is responsible need to pay more attention to the appartment.
• Marko (9/5): Enjoy Trastevere - enjoy Rome! - The flat is located in a quiet street, but very close to artistic area that is crowded day and night. Tram No.8 drives until Piazza Venezia, which is then only 5 minutes by walk from Colloseum. Rooms are spacious, there are two bathrooms, and six people can fit easily. All recommendations!
