• Conor (5/5): Nothing special - The property was in close proximity to the metro station that’s takes you to the city centre and university where I was working from. The doors did not require a key it was on an electric keypad which was convenient. The apartment was not very clean, there was lots of stray hairs left in the bathroom, the apartment also had an extremely strong smell of smoke although being listed as a non smoking apartment. the experience would be much better if the cleanliness and odours were addressed correctly. Overall I would recommend that the owners address these issues or lower the price as the apartment was not up to a good standard.

• Hasan (10/5): Exceptional - It was a wonderful stay in Milan. The apartment: Located in a very quiet building, in ground floor, very easy to access, it has 2 comfortable beds, also 2 sofas these could be turned to another 2 beds if needed. Everything was clean like in the photos and description, what you will notice is that the apartment is fully functional, meaning you can literally cook and eat with all necessary stuff. There are enough towels, and soaps, as well a clothes washing machine, an umbrella for little rain, a big TV if you are fan of watching TVs (I'm not), 2 air-conditioners, microwave, Kettle, nice coffee machine that you can buy your preferred brand (Lavazza Oro for me from PAM Supermarket in the back street, or Carrefour near by) and much more. Transportations: Metro line #2 is 5min walk, that connects you to the all metro lines in Milan. Also there is a bus station 1min walk. Communication with staff/owner: Very responsive and efficient, they will work out anything that you may need. Deposit: There is a deposit that you need to be aware of it, read carefully the Important Information section. Check-in and check-out: Was self check-in and check-out, super easy. Good people : What I liked most is the kind gesture of respect to have a big bottle of water in the fridge, it's a sign these people are paying attention to us as guests rushing from airport to the apartment before passing by a supermarket, it really means a lot! Strongly recommend it. Nothing.

• Ainin (10/5): Exceptional - Love it. Everything was perfect, there were 2 A/C works perfectly in this 36•c weather. All utensils in the kitchen are complete. We enjoyed the stay. It is very near to the milano centrale only 3 Metro stops. The checkin instructions was easy. Overall ut was very cozy and comfortable. Recommended. The were extra charges sort of deposit of €30 euro with tourist tax of €3 per person per night. The payment was needed to complete the online checkin. We were not happy about the hidden charges.
