• Hayley (7/5): Lovely stay, great property location. - Clear instructions provided on how to pick up the keys and access the property. Furniture or a seating space on the balcony would allow guests to enjoy outside area & weather. The drain on entry to the bathroom is broken (sunken in) which led to kicking toes. Overall good property - very convenient location if staying in the area for events etc.

• Alleey (1/5): If you stay here you could get infected with Aids from the bloodstained couch - Nothing! The photos & description are deceptive & complete lies! The front door doesnt lock from the inside!!! Im not joking you cant feel safe ever but then The balcony has actual turd on the walls stinks like shit when you open the door. There is actual rubbish on the balcony blocking any view! And under the bed sticking out more rubbish an old broken bed! The sliding door glass is broken completely presenting a HUGE safety risk. If the wind blows it will come crashing in to injure or kill you in bed! The couch is stained with what looks to be urine, body oils & diaorreah the worst are the blood spatters putting you at rusk for HiV or hepatitis who knows! Dirty smudges finger marks on cupboards & dirty splashback. The bathroom was a nightmare the toilet seat hanging off stained with caked on urine scum, filthy black hairs & pubes & vomit on the bowl! The shower has black mould everywhere & a pink bacterial bloom half way up the wall in the grout from human body oils & people urinating in the shower. The drains were a trip hazard, the coffee table stained & damaged, water moisture drippings behind the couch, the carpet in the bedroom ripped up with scuffing & blinds broken raggedy! The cockroach shit & dead mosquitoes on the window sills competed for space with the thickest caked on dust everywhere! The doona was discoloured & dirty yellow & had what appeared to be dried blood. This place is a biohazard! The host was SO RUDE & NASTY! Unbelievably terrible service with zero accountability! Nothing! The photos & description are deceptive & complete lies! • Brad (4/5): You can find better - Good location Lounge had a mystery stain, piss stains on the toilet, building supplies left outside on the balcony, parking is a pain in the ass, talking with the host sometimes you'd get an English response other times I had to use google translate. Price point is abit ridiculous for the state of the place, then a 500 deposit on top little over 1200 for 2 nights is a joke

• Nasirova (1/5): Dirty apartment - The location was fine. 18 mins walk to Quodos arena. The keys you have to pick up from a different place, which was told only 3 days prior to check in date. The person giving away keys was unpleasant and rude. The apartment was dirty, smelly and moldy. They didn't have tea bags even. In the containers for tea and coffee there were litters. Very disappointed. It wasn't worth the money we paid.

• Georgina (4/5): Dissapointing - stay elsewhere! - Great location with an underground car spot. We booked our stay over a month in advance, then exactly one week prior to our stay we were messaged and told we would have to sent $500 via bank transfer, which would act as a ‘bond’. We were told that if we didn’t do this today, that we were not aloud to stay at the property and would lose our money. After disputing this with booking.com, they advised the property couldn’t request this and had to honour our booking. The instructions for getting to the property were long winded and unnecessary. Upon entering the apartment, it was boiling hot, stuffy and smelt like stale cigarettes. There was dust everywhere, soap marks on the counter tops in the bathroom, stains all over the sofa, garbage on the balcony and the air vent in the bathroom was blowing out thick dust, it’s clearly never been cleaned. The window ledges in the bedroom had stains all over them. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the money they charge. The morning of our check out date, we received a second message from the property telling us that they would like a 5 star review in exchange for a discount for future stays. It also stated if we had any issues to contact them, and not leave a lesser review. I don’t think this is a particularly honest way to conduct business, and certainly wasn’t going to do them any favours by doing so. I wanted to leave an honest review of our stay, so others may think twice before booking. Save your $$ stay elsewhere.
