Anastahsia (4/5): There are lots of stairs here- not good for small kids or disabilities. But the location is amazing - The location was fantastic and the laundry/dishwashing/coffee and tea supplies provided were very helpful. Nowhere on the booking.com ad does it state or show that there are stairs, and there are many stairs. Further, the oven was not working, the upstairs TV was not working (the remote control in the room was for a different brand of TV and the TV remotes downstairs didn’t work on the upstairs TV either). Some fixtures around the place (ie. Both toilet roll holders) were flimsy. The unit itself feels very outdated. The floor on the first floor felt sticky and the floor on the stairway to the bedrooms was dirty.
Bevan (9/5): - picking up keys from the real estate, very helpful and everything was explained clearly. main bedroom security door did not work due to rust. our feet where black from the floors, after we cleaned the floor all good.

Brene (6/5): Good but not great. - Location is great. It was a very nice unit. Onsite parking was terrible. Dedicate unit parking was taken by someone else 3 of the 4 days. Near impossible to park a larger car. Some doors do not shut properly and some do not lock. A long way to from carpark to unit carry your stuff up and down stairs.
