• Prabodhan (2/5): Not recommended - The sauna is the only positive of this apartment. Note that it takes almost 3 hours for the sauna to reach temperature. There is a tram stop right outside the apartment. The automated check in system did deduct money for late check out, but the support staff was helpful in promptly refunding the money. The check in process is a bit complicated, but all the instructions were provided beforehand. The location is very shady, like a ghetto. The apartment states it is for 7 people, but there is only one bathroom and toilet. The bathroom does not have a curtain, so the entire floor gets wet during the shower. There are no hooks for your towel. There is only bedroom, the other is in the living room with a curtain (no privacy)

• Jakub (5/5): Poměr cena výkon dobrá. - Při prvním vstupu to bylo pěkné ubytování. Prostor je pěkně zařízený. Nevyhovující čistota. Chtělo by to lépe dohlížet na housekeeping při jejich úklidech. Občas udělat i pořádný úklid.

• Ondřej (1/5): STAY AWAY! ANI SE NEPŘIBLIŽUJTE! - Nejhorší lokalita v Brně. Dostat se do apartmánu byla slušná detektivka. Apartmán byl špinavý, mravenci po celé ložnici, špinavé postele, ještě špinavější pohovka, všude něčí vlasy, pavučiny, stoletý prach, sauna taky pěkný hnus. Ihned jsme volali na telefonní číslo ubytování - automat, který vás odkáže na poslání mailu. Volali jsme tedy na booking.com pro zrušení rezervace, bylo nám sděleno, že máme opustit apartmán a storno vyřeší s ubytováním, ale doteď nebyli schopni zrušit ubytování, protože majitel nekomunikuje...

• Kuwald (6/5): - Echt gute Anbindung zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants. Dunkles, nicht gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Dusche und 🚽 sehr schlecht(Rohbauatmosphäre und viel zu kleines Waschbecken) ausgestattet.
• Linda (1/5): - V koupelně a kuchyni plíseň, žádné skříně, místo dveří závěs, v koupelně žádná zástěna u sprchy, žádné poličky ani háček na ručníky přístup k ubytování přes jakýsi sklad bordelu. V případě problémů se nelze s někým spojit.

• Erika (1/5): Get away from there, horrible! - Everything was HORRIBLE! We have arrived at the place after being followed by a guy, the neighborhood is DANGEROUS. After getting the key in one building and going to the next correct very dark building, we opened the door and this is what we found: not made bed with dirty bedsheets, dirty towel on the chair, used ear buds on the table, stain on the sofa, and terrible smell. We went to the toilet and it did not have soap, toilet paper and there was pee and toilet paper in the toilet. The biggest surprise was in the bedroom, where there was dog poop on the floor, a dirty towel on the floor also and a horrible smell. I have sent a message to the property and no answer (ok, out of their office hours), but I have also called before 22 and nobody answered. In the end I was refunded, but still had no place to sleep in a dangerous neighborhood because it was impossible to stay at that place. To be honest I expected more than just the refund and an apology, I believe I should have got some extra credit on booking or a bigger refund after all the stress we went through.

• Davide (7/5): The Place itself is not bad, the sauna is big plus, but the cleaning could be better. - I really liked the Sauna, There's a washing machine in the apartment, and for dry the clothes you can put them in the sauna with you. The position is not that bad (could be better, but not bad) the host is really nice and there's a supermarket in front of the house. The cleaning was not the best I've seen, the bathroom could've been cleaner, the sofa was full of stains and there were a couple of nails clipped on the carpet. The beds were not very comfortable.
