• David (7/5): Bon compromis pour Miami - Parking pour la voiture, emplacement, buanderie, supermarché assez proche Jardin en plastique, salle de bain un peu limite, le deuxième lit de la chambre enfant non fait et pas de drap pour le faire

• Sebastián FigueroaV (7/5): Par de días en Miami City. - Lugar cómodo, habitaciones con todas las comodidades, cocina bien equipada. Lo mejor, incluye estacionamiento. Patio agradable. El entorno era bastante ruidoso. Nos alojamos un fin de semana y la noche del sábado realmente muy ruidosa.

• sophie (10/5): Excellent séjour - Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Tout est réuni pour passer un bon moment. Le jardin est agréable et joliment aménagé. La maison est pratique, avec un accès au jardin à l'avant et à l'arrière. Elle est bien équipée, y compris une laverie avec machine à laver et sèche-linge. Le jacuzzi est un vrai plus, très appréciable. Le jardin est partagé, mais chacun peut profiter de son espace en toute tranquillité. La location est bien située à Miami, assez centrale en voiture. Je recommande d'avoir un véhicule pour se déplacer plus facilement. Le quartier peut surprendre à l’arrivée, mais tout s’est bien passé. Seul petit bémol : la salle de bain est fonctionnelle, mais il manque un support pour accrocher le pommeau de douche et un espace pour les serviettes.

• karenku (10/5): excelente hospedaje - excelente ubicación a puntos como walmart, miami beach , wynwood, estación de bencina, comida, centros comerciales , vecindario muy tranquilo, aislación de la casa muy buena y con airea acondicionado sin problemas, hidromasaje funcionando aunque no funcionaba al 100%, centro de lavado muy cómodo y equipado con todo lo que uno requiere Solo 3 encuentros con cucarachas , habían mosquitos que picaron a varios pero es parte de la naturaleza, se podría aportar con algún mata mosquito pese que ventanas tienen rejillas para mantenerlas abiertas

• Daro_87 (10/5): Hermosa casa y jardín - El espacio del jardín, con el jacuzzi, la decoración, la prolijidad de toda la casa en general. La zona donde se encuentra ubicada no es la adecuada para realizar turismo, pero con vehículo hay fácil acceso a autopista.

• Tatiana Nova (8/5): Хороший вариант на короткий срок. - Красивый сад с возможностью поиграть в гольф и баскетбол, и тренировочный уголок. Джакузи не использовали. На кухне есть всё необходимое, кроме чайника. Большой телевизор и Netflix понравился детям. Дом расположен в не спокойном районе. Даже таксисты нас предупреждали, чтобы мы вечером на улицу не выходили. Ночью слышны крики людей, сигналы машин и громкая музыка. Изоляции практически нет. В ванной комнате протекает кран. Вода во время мытья текла на пол. Двухэтажная кровать шатается каждый раз когда кто то двигается на верхней или нижней полке. Спать не удобно.

• Constanza (1/5): Pésima experiencia con el personal. - Las instalaciones estaban lindas. Estaba el patio sucio y lleno de botella de una fiesta anterior a nuestra llegada. Nunca lo limpiaron. No tuvimos nunca agua caliente en los 3 días de nuestra estancia, no solo nadie no lo solucionó ni el propietario se preocupó de ayudarnos sino que tampoco nos descontaron lo que correspondía por no cumplir con los requsitos.
