• Natalia (1/5): Cancelan la reserva y nunca avisan nada, cuando escribes para saber como ingresar a la vivienda es que te informan que y - Muy mal… hice la reserva en este hospedaje 1 mes antes de mi viaje y cuando iba llegando a miami le escribí al dueño de la propiedad para que me indicara como ingresaba a la vivienda, a lo que me contestó que la reserva la había cancelado y no tendría hospedaje a donde llegar… de muy mal gusto y mala fe porqué evidencia a todas luces, que lo que hicieron fue cancelar nuestra reserva para rentar la misma a otra persona por un mayor valor… lo que molesta es que no hayan sido capaces de avisar con tiempo sobre la cancelación sino que esperaran a que estuviera llegando a la propiedad y yo les escribiera para ellos informarme su decisión Mala fé, cancelan en el ultimo momento y nunca avisan nada

• Noah (9/5): Very nice house - Fill out our needs. - The house was very comfortable and comfy. Look really nice a was clean. Easy to find with gps. The location and the neighborhood. Felt a bit insecure in the nights. Despite that, the house has a gate that makes the house more secure. We leave our car inside the house.

• Danielle (9/5): Perfect for our needs - We booked this property for the fenced in yard and space for our family before our cruise out of Miami. The location was easy to find, we love. The security the large fence provided and everything was clean and in working order. Two things bothered me. 1st, on Booking.com, it shows the property as “the entire place is yours”. This is misleading, as the property has two apartments and instructions I received mention not using the hot tub area for more than 2 hours so both sides can have time to enjoy it. We were surprised by this request as we thought no one else would be at the property. Thankfully it wasn’t booked and we were able to utilize the outdoor space freely. 2nd, the property could benefit from an outdoor pest treatment. We found the backyard turf to be holding quite a bit of water, creating a breeding ground for what Floridians call No See Ems. Little gnats that bite. We found the front yard to be safer from bugs bug the other residents on the street could then see us and would come up. One offered to sell us a scale out of his backpack.
• Family (8/5): Our overall stay was great! We will definitely be back. - The unit was filled with vibrant colors. There were so much to do both indoors and outdoors. It was just right for my family. It also had an area to take nice pictures which was a plus! Extra pillows would be a plus. The place needed some maintenence to the ceiling, some outlets needed changing and there was water damage to one of the bathrooms.

• Steffany (10/5): Gorgeous Gem - This place was absolutely ADORABLE! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. The outside entertainment was amazing! My family was able to hang out in the evenings in the backyard and enjoy its esthetic. The neighbors even played lively music, which felt almost on que when we were outside to chill. The kitchen had supplied well for cooking, and plenty of linen for my family of 6! There were plenty of "fruit flies" that annoyed my kids, and although the home was safe and gorgeous, the neighborhood was a bit intimidating with people in the street all night.

• Kerran (9/5): Great place would rent again, overall great!! - Love the decor and clean and stylish Sheets had fuzzy on them need to replace although they were clean, little cracks and paint stripping off the ceilings and around the base of the walls
• Brant (10/5): Great spot for a family or group vacation - The property was beautiful and spacious. Secure with a gate. Yard games and Jacuzzi were also great. Ambient lighting and seating in the yard was also a great plus. Nothing, everything was amazing

• Charlotte (8/5): I would stay here again be close to be close to the cruise port. - The property was in a great location, we DoorDash /Night owl everything. We checked in about 930 pm Host already sent us the access code. We stayed at the property overnight to be in Miami for our cruise the next day. Took a Uber the Miami port less than $20 for XL. Cleaning lady showed up about 1020 walking around the property make us feel rushed when check out wasn’t until 11 AM.

• Elisa (8/5): We had some troubles, but the hosts tried to solve them. We suggest to add chairs. - There weren't enough chairs. There should be at least one chair per person in the kitchen.
• Evelin (5/5): Passable - It was very noisy at night! The neighbors had loud music, roosters started croaking at 4:00 am and dogs barked the entire night! There were cockroaches in the bathroom. The jacuzzi was so murky we didn’t dare get in it.

• Anissa (10/5): I would absolutely stay here! Over & over!! - The whole facility was great. The location. I booked last minute and was able to meet the host within an hour of landing. The only thing I did not like was even though it housed a lot of people there wasn't much dining space. I didn't mind that because the weather was beautiful.
