• Adewale (4/5): The property made my stay in the UK miserable. I booked a four bedroom house but realized that the property was original - The location It was originally two bedroom property but was later converted to a 4 bedroom accommodation. The rooms, kitchen and living room are too small. I had to move out of the apartment on the fourth day and secured another flat for the remaining 5 days of my stay in the UK. In fact, the refrigerator was placed in one of the rooms as the kitchen is too small. I found the property uncomfortable and the owner fraudulent.

• Corlin (7/5): - It is quiet neighbourhood, thought a bit small for 6 adults. The place is only about 5 mins walk to Tesco supermarket is a bonus to buy the necessity items. Need a bit more maintenance, mattress on the ground floor is lumpy and needs to be replaced. One of the wall light is broken and the side table is so small. The front is littered with rubbish and not clean upon arrival.

• Elena (6/5): Ein renovierungsbedürftiges Haus in guter Lage für einen London-Städtetrip - Die Lage ist verkehrstechnisch gesehen sehr gut. In 5 Minuten ist man beim Tesco bzw. an der Bushaltestelle. Nächste Tube ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Die Gegend selbst ist ruhig, zu den weiteren Details zur Gegend mehr unter "Was hat Ihnen nicht gefallen?" Da die vorherigen Gäste das Haus sehr spät verlassen haben, sind wir zum regulären Check In mit der Putzkraft in Berührung gekommen. Die war aber außerordentlich freundlich und sehr bemüht, uns das Haus bestmöglich geputzt zu hinterlassen. An sie ein Kompliment! Das Haus ist für die angegebene Menge Menschen sehr klein bis zu klein. Es gibt nur ein Bad (und ein Gäste WC), dass ist bei der Vollbelegung von 7 Leuten schon arg anstrengend. Zumal das warme Wasser teilweise nicht gereicht hat. Die Aufenthaltsbereiche sind sehr klein, die Einrichtung leider nicht vom Allerfeinsten. Es passen 7 Leute rein, aber dann ohne Komfort. Der rückseitig liegende, von Mauern umgebene Hof z.B. bietet als einziger Ort bequem für zumindest 6 Leute am Tisch. Die Einrichtung an sich wirkt zusammengewürfelt und eben so angeordnet, dass theoretisch 7 Leute in das Haus gehen, was teilweise zu seltsamen Umständen führt...so ist der Kühlschrank in einem der Gästezimmer zu finden, 3 Räume von der Küche entfernt. Was mich an alledem aber wirklich gestört hat ist die Lieblosigkeit, mit der das Haus offensichtlich (nicht) gepflegt wird. Die Mülltonne war bei unserem Eintreffen zum Bersten gefüllt, so dass der Deckel sich nicht mehr schließen lies...so hatten wir am nächsten Morgen durch Raben oder sonstiges aufgerissene Müllsäcke vor der Tür, deren Inhalt wir also erstmal beseitigen mussten. In einem offen einsehbaren Verschlag direkt an der Eingangstür wird Müll gelagert (alter Grill, alter Mülleimer etc.). Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil stark lädiert, die Stühle im ummauerten Innenhof teilweise kaputt. Glühbirnen sind kaputt oder fehlen. Die Gegend macht aber einen gewöhnungsbedürftigen Eindruck. An den Nachbarhäusern liegt einiges an Sperrmüll wie zum Beispiel benutzte Matratzen, kaputte Möbel etc. Grundsätzlich macht die Gegend einen "unaufgeräumten" Eindruck, auch für Londoner Verhältnisse. Gegebenenfalls lag es an ungewöhnlich asozialen Vormietern, aber unser Eindruck vom Haus war leider in Summe nur dank Lage und freundlicher Putzkraft durchschnittlich. Dem Haus würde eine Runderneuerung der Einrichtung und eine sorgfältigere Auswahl der Mieter (soweit möglich) gut tun.

Fridge freezer in downstairs bedroom meaning had to disturb people to get milk etc. Front door handle damaged making opening of door difficult. Cramped living area. Would be nice to have information booklet on surrounding area, shops, taxi numbers etc . Bed very uncomfortable Since booking the accommodation the properties website name changed, then found after leaving it has changed again.

• ANNA (9/5): - Eramos un grupo de 7 y la casa es perfecta. La ubicación es muy buena, ya que a 5 minutos caminando tienes varias paradas de buses que te conectan con el centro de Londres con poco tiempo. También hay un TESCO super cerca, ideal para comprar comida, bebida. Para desayunar nosotros no nos quedamos en la casa, y íbamos a una cafetería que queda muy cerca. Las habitaciones están muy bien. Hay sólo un baño con bañera, pero como hay otro pequeño lavabo ya nos coordinamos bien. Si sois un grupo grande y os queréis quedar a comer en la casa, hay una mesa en la terraza exterior, ya que en la cocina hay solo una barra tipo americana, ideal para el café y un desayuno. Realmente muy recomendable. La entrada necesita un poco de cuidado estético, pero no es nada fuera de lo común en Londres.

Quiet area apart from the odd noise from across the way The front and back yards could of been better maintained. Lots of weeds in the back didn't really make you feel like sitting outside. The spare key didn't work
