• AlessiaBarbieri (5/5): - Centro raggiungibile a piedi, cucina abbastanza fornita per poter cucinare. Ascensore funzionale e porta di ingresso con codice molto comodo. Arredamento carino Quartiere poco sicuro, acqua calda appena sufficiente per una doccia e da diver spegnere e riaccendere ad ogni utilizzo, la finestra fronte al letto è rimasta sempre chiusa in quanto attaccata al palazzo di fronte, mentre in un'altra mancava la tapparella. Bagno cieco che si riempie di umidità subito

• Claire (9/5): Highly recommend! - Lovely, spacious apartment in a central location. It's really not convenient to have to wait for 25-40 minutes for the water to heat up – and the tank must be pretty small because the water runs cold pretty quickly. But I understand this is a fairly common system in Greece, and not unique to this property.

• αθανασοπούλου (7/5): - Όμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα σε μικρή απόσταση από το Θησείο. Σε γενικές γραμμές καθαρό με αρκετά άνετο κρεβάτι. Ευγενικό προσωπικό που προσφέρθηκε να πληρώσει το ταξί μας μετά από ένα λάθος στο email με τις πληροφορίες για το κατάλυμα. Το μπάνιο κρατάει αρκετή υγρασία σε σημείο που έχει μούχλα στο ταβάνι. Οι τοίχοι έχουν σημάδια από βαλίτσες και υπάρχουν σημεία όπου τα ηλεκτρικά δεν είναι ολοκληρωμένα. Επίσης τα φωτιστικά είναι μέσα στην σκόνη. Ένα από τα τρία παντζούρια δεν κλείνει με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει αρκετό φως το βράδυ. Η περιοχή παρόλο που είναι αρκετά βολική από θέμα αποστάσεων είναι κάπως περίεργη, πάνω από μια φορά είδαμε άτομα να κάνουν χρήση ναρκωτικών μισό στενό μακριά απο την κεντρική είσοδο.
• Haneen (7/5): Close to lively areas and public transport - The room was spacious and very close to the lively areas of Athens, in less than 5min walk we were at Psyri area which is full of restaurants and shops, also the bus stop was just across the street and the metro station is less than 10min walk As mentioned in several comments the area is shady and doesn't feel safe, the Wi-Fi was very week and the apartment smelled of very strong cleaning detergent like Clorox that wouldn't go away

• Valeria (2/5): Pessima zona non andateci! - La doccia L'appartamento è situato in una zona bruttissima di Atene. Sotto casa ho visto più volte persone bucarsi e drogarsi. Pensavo di poter raggiungere a piedi le metro che non sono vicine ma al secondo giorno ho capito che non potevo camminare per strada. Il prezzo è troppo alto per la zona. Non ho mai potuto aprire le tende perché il palazzo di fronte è praticamente appiccicato e c'era perennemente gente sui balconi, zero privacy.

• Ivan (8/5): Good location - Good location, everything is close, and there is a good restaurant "Seychelles" nearby. Two coffee machines :) Hot water should be turned on and off at the electrical panel each time.
• Oleg (6/5): Pleasant - Apartment is good and clean. Location in general is good and central, but area is terrible. Drug addicts injecting drugs literally near the house. Also, we left a car in the area for 1 night and woken up we saw small window of the car broken - someone broke inside, luckily we didn’t have any things inside. You won’t be pleased staying in that area.

• Alexandre (8/5): Very good - Very clean and modern flat, with a great view on the Acropolis! You have to turn the hot water every time you want to shower

• Evelina (9/5): Great place to stay - Really liked the apartment - just like the pictures - spacious, nicely decorated with everything you might need. Loved the quality bedding/sheets and the bed was very comfortable. TV with Netflix, 2 coffee machines and coffee provided. I could see the Acropolis from the balcony! Also, smoking in the balcony was allowed. Convenient location, walking distance to main sights and center - I didn’t have to use public transport at all. Lovely square with chill bars, restaurant and coffee shop on a doorstep, I think there was even a night club nearby. Also, the apts manager waited for my late arrival past midnight, greeted me and explained everything about the apartment - very welcoming! Overall high quality apartment and I had a great stay and would love to come back for longer. The only minor issue was the bathroom - the floor was getting very wet when showering. Hot water must be switched on 25mins before showering and its only enough for one good shower (wasn’t an issue for me). The location - is not so chic. I must admit I was a bit worried about it, having read the comments of this block. I would consider the area safe and as a solo female I had no issues at all. However, there is a bunch of junkies living somewhere next door and eventually you will see someone on the street, doing the ‘activity’ even in daytime, so consider this if you are sensitive on the topic. Abandoned buildings nearby doesn’t add to the location. However I think there were more good points than bad and the raw neighborhood didn’t bother me.

• Theo (9/5): Superb - The Academy Elegant Apartment is at least valued for money, extremely clean with very helpful staff, nice location in the heart of Athens. A bigger refrigerator will be very helpful, and a second Tv so you can watch from the bed..
• Mujahid (8/5): Nice and new apartment in a questionable neighborhood - Modern, brand new apartment. Clean and tidy. Excellent host (Oleg) with a knack for problem-solving. Great shower and new appliances. Nice lighting and electric shutters. Spacios for one person. Oleg was a great host and responed to all my questions with solutions. He also provided fresh towels in the middle of my stay. The neighborhood. Although the street is being "gentrified" with some new buildings, it resides in a unsafe even dangerous neighborhood. A few doors from the apartment building door there is a minimart named Red Apple. A drug-user sat on the ground next to the door. I saw groups of drug-users congregate on adjacent streets. I was warned independently by two locals not to be outside after dark. Indeed, the aparment is secure with a locked building door and a heavy apartment door, but I would not be walking outside after hours. The elevator/lift does not work if you want to go upstairs. I was at the apartment for 5 nights and it never worked for me. It does work if I wanted to go downstairs. Strange. Oleg was very helpful in providing instruction on how to use the temperature control remote. Since I have similar systems (one for downstairs and another for upstairs) at my home it was easy to operate. The problem is the apartment temeperate control never worked. I turned it to 22 C (about 72 F), the same as my home and nothing happened. I turned it down to 16 C (61 F) in frustration and still nothing happened. It was warm and extremely humid. I felt hot and clammy the whole time.
