• Николай Андреев (4/5): - Кафе машина, оборудвана баня и срявнително удобни легла. Но до там. За втори път отсядаме там и последен, двойна цена и пълен упадък за жалост... Човек може да се пребали със ситиацията с паркирането и стълбите, но с повредени смесители липса на адекватна посуда, липса на кърпи много трудно.. 4-ма човека не могат да си сипят питие или да си сготвят поради липса на каквато и да е посуда, дори захар нямаше оставена за кафе машината..
• Nataliya Pansold (4/5): - I liked how spacious the apartment was, it's location, close enough to walk to the city center, the great terrace with a beautiful view, the furniture and the way it is designed was also something I liked. The list is huge: - toilet seat not cleaned out from outside, behind the lid and at the wall behind it we could see yellow lines from something liquid that got dried there... - on the carpet in one of the sleeping rooms I stepped on a screw bolt which leads me to a thought that or there was no vacuuming or it was done pretty lame - two pans were there both scratched and in unstable condition - since we were 2 adults with 2 kids, there was just one tea cup (brown dirty inside) and 4 espresso ones - no device to mop the floor in the bathroom since the shower is not separated from the toilet and the entire floor becomes wet All these observations with photos I sent to the manager or owner, don't know. He apologized and asked if something could be done to improve this situation, so I asked for decent pan, tea cups and a normal cutting knife. To my surprise all was brought up within 1-2 hours and to my shock nothing was even close to new - other scratched pans, cups like someone picked them from next to a garbage can.
• Maya (7/5): Good stay, could be better maybe not in winter - The apartment was huge with 2 bedrooms, big kitchen box with living room and wide corridor in the centre of Plovdiv. The apartment was cold during our first night even though the two ACs were on. while the second bedroom had no functional AC, and the small heater provided by the owner was insufficient, making the room unusable

• Pollack (6/5): - The size of the apartment There were quite a few stairs to reach the apartment. Additionally, the apartment was in need of repair — the kitchen faucet was broken, one of the wardrobe doors in the bedroom was damaged, and one of the air conditioners didn’t work. We were also concerned about security, as there was access to our porch from the main building corridor, which made us feel less safe. The owner wasn't nice and did not repair any of the issues that we mentioned. he only gave us an altimatoum to leave the apartment if we do not like it.
• Николай Андреев (6/5): Чудесен апартамент, страхотна тераса, но затруднено паркиране - Лесно се настанихме, апартамента беше чист, просторен и много добре обзаведен, а терасата наистина е чудесна. Нямахме никакви проблеми с апартамента по време на престоят ни, освен с паркирането. Отбелязано е безплатно паркиране на улицата, но то е почти невъзможно много натоварена улица всяка пряка е Синя Зона и едвам намираш място на самата улица има не повече от 20-тина места, които се заемат от сутрин до вечер, вдигнаха колата сутринта и домакина ни съдейства след това, но паркирането е ужасно в района бих препоръчал да оставите колата на платен паркинг не знам къде е най-близкият...

• Ronald (10/5): “Sunny Balcony – Your Perfect Stay in Plovdiv” - The city of Plovdiv is quite an unknown destination for us Dutch people. But what a beautiful city. We stayed for 2 nights in “Sunny Balcony,” but we would have liked to stay longer in both the city and the apartment. The apartment is very spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bathroom is new and fresh. The large rooftop terrace is wonderful, and there are also a few small balconies. Parking in Plovdiv is not easy. We parked the car at the “Trimontsium” hotel. For 30 LEV per day it was perfectly fine. You can, however, easily drop off your luggage at the apartment first and then park your car. All sights are within a short walking distance from the apartment. We can highly recommend Sunny Balcony. A shower curtain would be nice.
• Fausto (10/5): Superbe appart à Plovdiv - L'appartement est spacieux et cozy. Les plus est le balcon pour passer une soirée en famille ou entre amis. Bien situé avec tous les commerces à proximité.

• Polina (10/5): - Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto. Io ci vivrei in questa casa. Ottima posizione centrale, casa luminosa, spaziosa, arredata di lusso, pulita. Merita il suo nome per via di un ampio terrazzo coperto da un pergolato con bellissima vista. Abbiamo usufruito per una sola notte, ma con un bambino piccolo e abbiamo avuto tutti i comfort necessari e anche un bel silenzio nel cuore della città. Bellissima casa davvero Soltanto per chi viaggia con neonati-porrebbe essere scomoda la scala a chiocciola che porta all' appartamento. A bianco faticato un po' con il passeggino, ma per adulti o bambini che camminano, la casa è stupenda

• Elena (6/5): Pleasant - It was spacious and modern with a large balcony. Bathroom could have been cleaner and frying pan was super old.
• Yanitsa (9/5): We stayed for a night and loved it, would come again! - Great location, stylish and comfortable for a family. Was a bit loud / busy street, and a dishwasher and darker bedroom blinds would have been nice, but overall a great stay.
