- Puvaneswaren (1/5): Very bad experience with Room 306 - Only location is like Very bad experience I ever experienced with like this in my life. Toilet flush not working it’s very bad. Because of this hotel me and my partner cancel our trips, I need hotel management pay cost. The reception guy very rude and very bad attitude. Room wall full of fungus.
- Chaw (7/5): For a short trip, for those who do not demand alot, this is perfect - The location is perfect, it is in the middle of Little India, I can reach central station KL easily and even it is walking distance to Jalan Petaling. Lots of restaurants I can visit just so easily. The cleanliness can be better
- Shally (3/5): Poor - The room It's not same on the website picture....in website the room color and hotel is nice but in reality it's not the same... disappointed ☹️ and the air-conditioning is bad..not cooling enough
- Lawrence (1/5): Bad - The location in little india Terrible hotel I ever been. The room literally dirty. The toilet bowl got poop when I came in. I flush it out. Many hair fall on the floor. The mirror in the toilet super dirty too. The towel is smelly. The rubbish bin inside the room got Masi leamak left by the last guest.. Room Attendant Zero Knowledge in cleaning.
I have nothing to say good but SUPER 5-Stars SUPER DIRTY.. NO AMENITIES at all. WASTE OF SPENDING MONEY.
Staff is lousy. It takes 45minutes to settle my online booking. Looks like lack of experience in online booking. Hard to get in to the hotel when you go out. Need to knock loud the glass door for the staff to open the door from inside. Lobby very smelly like a mop haven't dry properly.. No elevator hard to goes up to 3rd floor. The hallway of each floor has a lot unnecessary things along the corridor like extra bed, rubbish bin with the overflowing rubbish. DIRTY... DIRTY... DIRTY.. SMELLY.. SMELLY..
Horibble experienced.... It was a nightmare staying for a night.
FYI OWNER/CEO: please check how dirty your hotel.
- Pujitashri (1/5): Bad - The worst hotel I ever stayed. Hight not recommended. The room was not ready at the time I check in. No towels..broken bed..not clean at all. Mainly the hotel is so smelly. I won't go to this hotel to stay next time. The worst and worst. Everything.
- Phelomena (5/5): Passable -
- Hassanudin (8/5): Very good -
- Empayar (5/5): Passable -
- Murugan (1/5): Must check carefully next time when want to booking OYO hotel - The staff who communicate with me has explained clearly during my meet up session at the counter. very disappointed me when we want to check in. I told the person that we want to check in and showed my booking confirmation. But it was shocked me when the staff told that they never taking any booking since one month ready. Then I m asked why you never inform Booking .com that you are not taking booking anymore.. she said already informed.
And I m never receive any notification from booking .com regarding this OYO Brickfield . Finally we have to walk in to nearest hotel and lucky managed to get the room with higher cost. This experience really disappointed us us this time.
- Vikramah (1/5): Cheating customer - Price charge not as booking.com. they charge additional money. Booking.com shows RM 56.00 for double bedroom. But they charge RM65.00 for single bedroom. This is not rite.
- Dmitrii (2/5): Very poor - Nothing It was the worst hotel I've ever been
- Bianca (1/5): Bad - Nothing The hotel looks like trash, it should not be considered as a hotel, it looks trash, theres a lot of cockroaches sleeping beside you and bed bugs and the room smells like rotten fish. I can't even used the toilet its turning yellow,.. Its just a waste of money, i booked it online for 53 rm and yet the receptionist ask for 80 rm. I slept only for 5 hrs.. I didn't even manage to stay there for long time because its very dirty and ugly to stay there. Receptionist is kinda creepy.
- Saw (1/5): Bad -
- Liliya (3/5): Poor -
- Joel (5/5): Passable -
- M (2/5): bad - After booking a family room, when I went to check in, I was told that there was no room, and it was raining heavily. After arguing with reason, I finally checked in. It wasted a lot of time and I was in a bad mood. Please note that there are no parking spaces. Cleanliness is poor.
- Yuan (8/5): Very good - Ok la this price No
- Bianka (3/5): a pretty cheap accomodation, that is true, but for the facilities which it had it should be even cheaper. - the location: it was in the middle of little India none of the basic rooms had window, they smelled bad and there were small cockroaches and a dead bigger one too. the wifi did not work on the 3rd floor, I moved to the 1st floor just in front of the reception which was super loud (mobile and door ringing all the time, people talking etc). no option to pay with credit card. wifi stopped working at night. staff very helpful and friendly
- Anne (1/5): Bad - Location Bathroom was dirty, wifi slow and room didnt smell clean
- Nursyamimi (1/5): Bad -

- Siva (1/5): Worst place to stay , toilet are so dirty and the room smells - One of the worst hotel I have stayed, the staff are so rude saying I'm staying in cheap room that's why the toilet has no cover and asking me to use tissue as toilet cover. No reception from morning to 12 noon and customer keep ringing my door bell asking where is receptionist. the staff keep talking from 9pm to 3am at the reception area and it is so noisy, the room are not sounds proff and it's so noisy from every corner . Worst place to stay please avoid
