• sergio (8/5): E una struttura molto valida che necessita di rivedere la spa e di una gestione più accurata - La posizione ,il resort immerso nella natura Le cavalcate La disponibilità e la professionalità dell uomo gaucho guida dei cavalli Abbiamo rilevato che il servizio non era all altezza del livello di una dimora di charme La lentezza dei camerieri , i fiori appassiti da 2 giorni sul tavolo , i posaceneri pieni di mozziconi , le camere rifatte frettolosamente Ma quello che è veramente da rivedere è la spa Una mini vasca a idromassaggio che non funziona , il bagno turco fuori servizio , la saletta x massaggi accanto all idromassaggio per cui per effettuare un massaggio ci hanno fatto uscire dalla vasca nella quale eravamo appena entrati !!!Se piovesse cosa offre la struttura con una spa del genere

L'approche écologique de l'estancia. Les fabuleux repas préparés par des chefs créatifs. Le calme des lieux. La robinetterie dans les chambres devrait être modernisé. Nous avons eu certains problèmes pour la faire fonctionner correctement.

The place was beautiful and quaint (only a few rooms in the hotel), the property gigantic, activities were great (horseback riding, farm visit, bike rides), food delicious and staff really attentive to our needs. • Max (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay. All staff were amazing and super attentive. All willing to go the extra distance to make our stay truly amazing. Especially Franco, Sofia & Augusto. Was a little noisy the first couple of days with young kids running around.

• Thomas (10/5): An amazing ranch experience - highly recommended - An amazing place to stay - we would go straight back if we could… the staff were all so friendly, very well trained and helpful - reflecting the culture of the owners, who came to have dinner there themselves one evening and to chat to all the guests - obviously still very much interested in maintaining the quality of the hotel. As for things to do, the food was fantastic, with the friendly chef coming out to the table to explain the menu and to check that the courses were ok for us ; the wine also amazing, with a fun wine tasting experience with a lovely sommelier; lazing by the pool and maybe best of all, going horse riding with a lovely gaucho, inspite of not having ridden before - another experience ticked off the bucket list !

• James (10/5): An exceptional stay - facilities, atmosphere, food and especially the staff were fantastic - Our stay was absolutely fantastic, I think our best ever, anywhere ! All the staff were incredible and we felt like very honored guests. We loved the farm visit, horse riding, and just lounging under the verandahs in the afternoon. Would go back in a heartbeat if we ever make it to Argentina again ! Nothing
• Francisco (10/5): Exquisite estancia in the countryside of Cordoba province - Very well maintained property. Service is good although we had some issues with the young staff. Some of them definitely need more training. Food was good but not excellent. Rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. Ours had a fireplace that could be lit by hotel staff upon request. Bathroom is big and ventilated with a big window that allows plenty of natural light in. Breakfast is “a la carte” and the menu is very poor comparing to other luxury properties we often visit wordwide. The hotel had many families with young children and toddlers that compromised the overall experience for us. It’s certainly NOT a property suitable for children and they should consider an age-limit policy. That would attract a different kind of guests able to fully enjoy peacefully what the hotel has to offer without being disturbed by running/yelling/crying young ones throughout the beautifully decorated halls and common areas.
