Ranganathan (7/5): - The Lift C5 very often not working. My check in take time about 1 hour because of the lift.
Amy (4/5): Review of property - 1. hair dryer when used, smoke come out , strong burnt smell 2.kitchen floor flooded 3 one.sofa has tear on it 4. wall lamp in common bedroom not properly fixed against the wall 5. only 1 Aircon remote control can use 6. Do not justify 8.3 rating which is misleading to us all.

Dr Leo (7/5): - Check in information given clear and useful. Apartment facilities bed etc a bit old.
Thiankee (8/5): Very good - Convenience to locate a eating place and shopping mall. Nearby CIQ
Yoong (9/5): Superb - Spacious and clean Lifts are slow esp checking in and out times and one lift was broken
Selina (6/5): Pleasant - Convenient for shop things and leisure at downstairs The mall look a bit old and dirty.
Yee (6/5): Pleasant - The staff and thr security guard are all very polite n helpful Too many beds. In total we have 12 mattress. But I guess it is good for 2 families
Ting (10/5): Exceptional - The clean n spacious apartment n the convenience. The frequent noisy fireworks.
Song (8/5): Aaron 2D1N Staycation - Its location, easy to find but entrance or access can be improve upon. The curfew of 10pm with access blocked. The lobby is stuffy n the dial lock with it number dial is too small for senior visitor like myself
Woon (8/5): Overall a great stay with convenience. - Location is great, the apartment is normal. Nothing to complain about for this value. We utilize less than 50% of the beds as there's only 4 of us. Cleaner/Housekeeper should have refilled the glass bottles. Both bottles were 1/4 and 1/3 filled with a lot of ants inside. Not an issue as I get mineral from convenient store.

Masz (6/5): Jiayou.. - - the view facing Ksl Hotel and Dinosaur themepark - easy check in check out - 2 access card given - enough bed and pillow - wifi not working even after WhatsApp for trouble shooting - toilet abit run down - towel smelly, we need to rewash with Downy
