- Olga (4/5): - Location of the apartment. Excellent Wifi The apartment itself is not bad. BUT! The towels are very old. There are not enough dishes. Why have an electric kettle if there is not a pot or a frying pan? Two forks... The apartment needs renovation, especially in the bathroom. There is mold in the shower, the pipes are leaking. Because of this, the price is really high. It would be possible to at least leave dishwashing detergent. Instead of the guests of the apartment running late at night and buying detergents, rags, etc. The mini-grill is dirty, it probably has not been washed for years. Why do you leave this for guests? I would like to separately emphasize the communication with the representatives of the apartments (Vechna R). It is unrealistic to get at least some information before arrival. At best, your message will be liked. They will not answer you about the floor or what is in the apartment. As it turns out, they do not care whether you will move in or not. When we arrived late in the evening and looked at the apartments, the representative said, "Make up your mind quickly. Don't waste my time. If you don't want to, don't move in." Where are we going to go in the evening? Of course we stayed. To my question, "Why weren't my questions answered earlier? I wouldn't move into such apartments?" The answer was, "You're not alone. There are many clients." Maybe you don't care about my review, but that's not how it works. The apartments are good in the past, but now they need renovation and new dishes. That's why the price is too high.
- Tamara (7/5): Совет арендатору, сделайте хорошие условия для проживания !!!!! - Большая удобная кровать. Арендатор не предоставил условий для приготовления еды. Ни кастрюли ни сковородки для приготовления еды не было. Мы сделали замечание на этот счёт, арендатор сказал что купит и привезёт, но никто ничего не привёз. Холодильник очень маленький. В туалете постоянно капало с бойлера. На полу было много воды, пришлось подставить миску. Электрическая плита на одну комфорку , это очень не удобно. Из посуды одна ложка и две вилки. Ножи очень тупые. Если вы будете отдыхать с детьми в этом отделе, вам придётся тащить туда всю кухонную посуду для комфортного проживания. Лично мы с мужем не РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ данный отель!!! 👎
