• Thomas (1/5): Avoid at all cost - Nothing, this apartment is dreadful. Granted we booked very last minute as our originally booked accommodation was cancelled upon arrival in Milan, the host accepted our booking and promptly provided access information via Whatsapp. This booking was made by booking.com to replace our cancelled booking. Upon arrival we were horrified. However left with little choice, we had our child with us, and it was late already having spent 2hrs to locate new accomm. When we walked inside beds were not made, kitchen was dirty as was bathroom. We notified the host who sent a cleaner. 10mins later cleaner arrives, makes 2 beds and says they are done, they expected my 19yo and 12yo to share a bed, they were angry to need to return with sheets for the 3rd bed. We had to ask them to clean kitchen and bathroom which was poorly done. The location is sketchy and felt unsafe. There are no shops or amenities within 30mins walk. A metro station is 20min away, a bus stop 10min away. It seems as though these apartments are repourposed warehouse sheds attached to an existing complex. They are identified on the street by metal roller doors. Access is via the neighbouring complex, through a narrow set of stairs and poorly lit hall into a courtyard, and the entry door is behind During our 3 night stay, there was not one night where there wasn't police out front dealing with problems, and neighbours even letting off fireworks at 2/3am in the courtyard. Apartment has no windows for ventilation, and heating is hard to control. Master bed mattress was just slices of foam padding, very uncomfortable. The other 2 'double' beds were futons, not big enough for 2 persons. The apartment was poorly appointed, with hardly any cooking equipment, furniture was broken too. The pictures in the add are ready but very enhanced. Avoid this place at all cost

• Jon (8/5): All is decent, apart from electricity stability of apartment. - Location is decent, easy to find. Coffee shop right outside of the entrance. Room is clean and tidy, kitchen was good, with laundry washer, washroom is also clean and tidy. There are some entertainment like books on shelf, with good living room atmosphere. Lovely loft upstairs and as seen on picture. Clear instructions on check in procedure. Electricity tripped when using more than 2 electrical appliances. Need to head down to basement outside to flick the circuit breaker back. When travelling in groups/ family this maybe inconvenient.
