• DukeRoberts (8/5): - Good value for money. The apartment is conveniently located near the main train and bus stations, which made my airport transfer the next day very easy. It’s also within walking distance of restaurants and other amenities. Spacious one-bedroom apartment offering excellent comfort and cleanliness for the price. The bed was fine, though the mattress was a bit firm for my preference. The surrounding area felt a little rundown, but overall it seemed safe.

• Marco (7/5): The apartment was very good. Great for short term layovers - Some of the people hanging around the front of the property looked very bad. The actual area where the property was located made me feel very uneasy.
• Laura (8/5): Great apartment, super transport location, get the metro from inside the (beautiful!) train station for quick access to - Nice big apartment with full kitchen and big bathroom. Great location near train station, tube/metro, open top bus pick up point and airport shuttle buses. You’re on the top floor but working quick lift available. Lots of little shops and couple of restaurants just a couple streets back if needed. Helpful owner, always checking in that we were happy and ok and if we needed anything. The person who let us in explained how the tube/metro worked. Sorted a place for us to leave our bags in last day to make the most of our final hours in the city. Took us a little wait to get in- owner communicates via WhatsApp for your arrival time but unfortunately still had to wait quite some time for someone to arrive and let us in (make sure you have cash for the tax). Probably wouldn’t have bothered us apart from this was the last stop on a tour of Italy so we were hot and bothered and ready to drop the bags off at last! He did admit this was a new venture so I’m sure just learning curve as other places around Italy worked the same way but had online systems to make sure no waiting occurred. Outside area not the most appealing, few people tended to always be hanging around the little park- however well lit and we were a family so felt ok. Train a little noisy through window at night but you get what you pick in terms of location! And being 5 minutes from the station was worth it!

• Jenna (5/5): - owner was nice, apartment was modern and clean. i booked this very last minute and didn’t realize how close go the train station it was, so that’s my fault but it was quite noisy. also the bed was super hard and uncomfortable, so i slept on the pull out couch in the living room which was fine. the location is no good, only good if you want to stay by the central station.

Host is exceptionally helpful and informative. Easy walk from the train station and that makes it super convenient. Loved our stay.

• Umerfarooqai (10/5): Thank you :) - The best part? It wasn’t just a private room and bathroom — it was a complete apartment. I was pleasantly surprised to find a cozy TV lounge, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. As soon as we arrived, the host personally greeted us, helped with our luggage, and guided us to the room. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel right at home. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. Located right next to Milan Central Station, it’s the perfect spot if you’re planning to catch a train or explore the city with ease. The bedroom was the highlight — super comfortable bed, power sockets on both sides of the bed (perfect for charging phones and power banks), and two air conditioners — one in the bedroom and one in the living area, keeping the whole space cool. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we truly enjoyed our stay. If I’m visiting Milan again, I’d definitely choose this place again without a second thought. The only thing that scared us was in the night, there are many people that looked like smoking weed and in a drunk state. Of of the locals told us not to walk in the vicinity during late night.

I was sent very detailed directions which was needed and much appreciated.The air-conditioning was very good. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. The bed was extremely firm (which I quite like). The kitchen was well equipped if needed for longer stays.

The apartment is comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. Quiet neighborhood. Although fairly quiet, the neighborhood is a typical neighborhood around a train station, which can feel a bit intimidating mainly for female travelling solo or at late hours. Didn't have any problem myself though :)

He also made available for us parking at discounted rates near the apartment. There was complimentary coffee and toiletries as well as olive oil :) Location is not the best in Milan but it's still close to the main train station and 2 metros

The upstairs neighbours were very very loud until the late hours of the night, blasting music. Not to the fault of the host at all, was fine for one night!

• Eftychia (9/5): Modern, Comfortable Stay Near Milan Central Station - We had a great stay at this modern and well-equipped apartment in Milan. It’s very clean, newly furnished, and includes all the facilities you might need for a comfortable visit. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the central train station, which made getting around the city and beyond very easy. Miki, the host, was excellent—very attentive and always ready to help with anything we needed. One thing to be aware of: the immediate area around the entrance may not look the most polished, but we never felt unsafe at any point. It’s just something to keep in mind for first impressions. Overall, a great place to stay in Milan with a fantastic host. Highly recommended!

The USB and Typa C for charging our phones without socket or adapters was very excellent idea. The complementary snacks was very good and the bathroom was just like 5 stars hotel including massage shower and marbles. I wish you have a safty box for our belongings. And I wish the beds are more fluffy and comfy. But anyway our sleeping was good.

We booked it last minute, and the owner was incredibly accommodating—he arrived very quickly to hand over the keys and made sure we had everything we needed. • Gabriel (10/5): No doubt, 10+! - Cozy apartment, equipped with everything you need for a few days, very clean, 5 minutes from the central station. A fair price, 3-4 restaurants near the block, a small grocerie at 200 m. Mikki is available anytime and for anything. We checked in after 10 p.m., no problem. Every day he asked us if everything is OK and if we want something. It's a lottery to turn on/off the lights. There is a lot of switches almost on every wall. Even after 3 days I did not understand what was in the electrician's head. Finally gave up, but overall was at least interesting:)))))))))))

The host Michelle arranged to pick up us at Linate airport for a fee and brought us to the apartment. He was very kind and clear in explaining how everything works and gave recommendations about places to eat around on Christmas evening. Everything was perfect for a short 1 night stay.

We messaged him once we'd arrifved at Milano Centrale, and he was waiting for us outside the building to give us a very friendly welcome and introduction to the apartment. The interior is comfortable and serviceable. We found it perfect for a one-night stay before catching another train the following morning. The area is not particularly attractive, but there are quite a few restaurants, cafes and shops nearby, and the station is only 10 minutes' walk away. The floor of the shower is incredibly slippery - a shower mat would have been appreciated!

• Khant (8/5): Kind and helpful Owner - We stayed almost a week in July, it is near the Milano Central Station and it doesn't matter what time we come back from other cities. The owner is very helpful and always trying to be available for any help needed. For me, this is the best part of our experience. The apartment is well organized and fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and convenient for our family with my 4 years old son. There is also a small mini mart on the way to the apartment, which opens till midnight while all the supermarkets are closed around 8 PM or 9 pm. I would recommend considering if you are with family and want to stay close to central station with cost-effective options. Nothing to highlight.
