Super nice host, if something is not right, she'd make it right. There was construction in the lobby, but one can never ding a place that's being improved :) The place could use more kitchenware.

Me incomodou levemente a questão da privacidade. Por serem vários apartamentos colados uns aos outros no quarteirão, todos conseguem se ver e se escutar. Como falei, levemente, pois sou acostumado a viver em casa.

Fica próximo da praia e de mercados, padaria, … Apesar de ter ido no inverno, o apartamento possui dois ares condicionados que no verão faz muita diferença. Acredito que material de copa e cozinha poderia ser mais diversificado. Não fiz refeições no apê, mas se tivesse feito, certamente sentiria falta de utilitários.
