• Annette Dwyer (9/5): - The location was great with an easy walk to the main Nelson Bay shops. The house was cosy and offered everything we needed. The lock box is a little hard to open. It was very windy and the wind really whistled through the front sliding doors which do not seal properly.

We parked in the car spot and unloaded our car, it would have been great if it was suggested just to park around the back to unload and then move the car to the designated car park out the front, (which is what we did when loading the car upon our departure).

• Greg (9/5): What a Gem - What a gem, suitable for grouped family members, excellent location, plenty of added extras, like kitchen appliances, crockpot, toasted sandwich maker, coffee machine, large table seats 10, good sized loungeroom, 3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom has its own onsuite, loved the big free standing bathtub, soap pump washes provided, bottles of shampoo and conditioner, also a portable cot and 2 single mattresses for extra little kiddies to camp out on floor Had a little trouble opening key lock box, was also sent 3 different pins from time I booked to time for arrival, rang one of the mobiles, no one replied when we had issues, that wasnsunday morning, still no reply late Monday evening, thank God we worked it all out, instructions don't actually tell you to lock keys back into little box either or to eave in house for cleaner

• Amy (10/5): Cosy little home away from home - Perfect size for the family, I didn't read the check in instructions properly but the owner was so nice to talk to and explained where it was. The kitchen was just the right size, the house was nice and clean, I would love to come back and stay again!

Appartement propre et spacieux. Bien équipé. Le logement n’est pas adapté pour une location hivernale car il n’y a pas de chauffage dans les chambres. Nous avons eu très froid. La cuisine est très vieillotte. Le lait dans le frigo était périmé ainsi que des biscuits laissés à disposition dans la cuisine. La bâtisse est tristounette. J’ai trouvé que le prix était trop élevé par rapport à la qualité de nos autres locations sur la côte australienne.

• Sandra (7/5): A wonderful house, perfectly near the beach and close driving distance to the many attractions in the Port Stephens area - The location was perfect, so close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. The house is spacious and the bathrooms had plentiful supply of toiletries. The owners were prompt in checking in on us after the storm which left us with no power, wifi connection and hot water. The property only allowed one vehicle parking. This wasn’t mentioned in the description, only in an email two/three days before our arrival. Even though there is street parking for a second vehicle, unrestricted street parking was a bit of a distance from the property, especially with luggage and shopping. The screen doors were not easy to open, and entering and exiting from the back was odd. The beds were too soft. However, that’s an individual preference.
• Sami (10/5): A fabulous house - The location is great, a few meters from a nice part of Nelson Bay beach and about 15 minutes walk to the Marina abd the center of Nelson Bay. Tha unit had a dedicated parking which has been very convenient. The flat was well furnished, very clean and tidy. The kitchen exceeded the expectations of a rental property and was equipped like a personal house even with ample supply of tea, coffee, sugar etc in addition to plenty of cutlery abd other kitchen equipment. The owners are definitely very generous. I would go back to the same flat if I can. Nothing
• Jane (9/5): Perfect position and great stay - Position was awesome, so close to the little beach for the kids and easy stroll down to the town centre. The hosts were so kind to us. An item was left behind and they alerted us and posted it to us to return it! Single beds would have been good as we travelled as a family and the kids didn't want to share beds, but we knew this was the configuration before our visit, choosing the property based on position and price.
