• Sophie (7/5): Incredible location & views however lacking important supplies for a holiday apartment - The location was incredible and the view was absolutely stunning!! Tidy and clean apartment- easy to live in. Facilities of the building were great- especially the pools. Amenities in the apartment lacked. There was minimal toilet paper- not enough for our stay. Dishwashing detergent for 1 sink full of dishes. 1 load of washing detergent supplied. Not enough cooking utensils and crockery when cooking/feeding 9 people. 1 small fry pan and a few small saucepans made it difficult to cook meals. We had to also purchase paper towel & glad-wrap as there was none of this in the apartment and not enough containers or lids for storing leftovers either.

• John (8/5): Nice apartment - Location was great and view wonderful. Beds were very comfy and tower amenities excellent. Apartment worn, kitchen utensils lacking, no large cooking pans, no bottle opener and toilet seats broken. No blinds in living room, so really bright and hot in the morning and hard to sit at dining table for breakfast. Also, lacking attention to detail - no shampoo, 2 conditioner. Three night stay, one dishwasher tablet, one dishwashing portion and one washing machine portion. Just not quite right.
• Phoebe (8/5): Fantastic apartment. Absolutely loved it. More fobs would improve the overall convenience - Location and views are amazing. Only 2 fobs for an apartment that sleeps 12 is very inconvenient.
• Maia (10/5): Highly recommended - Exceptional location with amazing views of ocean. Right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, you walk out and you are literally on Cavill Avenue. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Woolworths next door. Low supplies of toilet paper, no dishwashing liquid
• Sameer (5/5): Location is good - N/a I had to wait more than 1 hour tp get the keys as the the host website was not working for the pupose of identification and bond on credit card. I'm still waiting for the reverse of bond which is $1000. No follow up or applogiese from host after vaccating the property.

• Anoop (8/5): It was an excellent choice of stay for our group of 12 (including children) with a combination of day/night views an - The property is located near to the beautiful stretch of beach on one side and the city view on the other side. It’s close to a lot of cafés, restaurants, pubs and is in the same building as woollies and hence perfect for a large group of families or bachelors. While most of the property was maintained clean, one of the bathrooms was stinking and we found it real hard to use. I suggest the QStay team to be a bit more relaxed on the count of dish washing tablets and garbage bags and not keep an exact count based on the number of days of stay. I hope they take care of these minor feedback shared to make the stay even more enjoyable.

• Azzarello (5/5): Nice view in a good location but apartment is very tired and run down and needs a deep clean - Location, view, convenience, spacious, playground Room wasn't very well cleaned, or maintained. Cockroaches and ants on kitchen bench when we arrived. Carpets are really dirty and ripped. Holes in the walls and missing lights in ceiling. Dirty air con vents. Only 1 roll of TP per toilet for a family of 7 . Mould on curtains in bedroom. My daughter is allergic to dustmites and was covered in eczema and hives by the time we left our 3 nights stay. For a small b penthouse in a prime location in a nice building, it's in pretty bad shape.

• Tom (7/5): Great location, nice apartment, but not really 5 bedrooms - The location is great, right in the middle of the main areas in surfers. The apartment was spacious, and had amazing views. There is a good sized deck to sit out with several people and enjoy the weather and view. The air con worked really well. The apartment isn't really 5 bedrooms. To access the 5th 'bedroom' you have to walk through the 4th bedroom. So anyone staying in the 4th bedroom doesn't have any privacy. Also the 5th 'bedroom' doesn't have any windows (it must have been a study or rumpus room previously). For the cost, I would have expected more than a days worth of toilet paper, kitchen and laundry powder to be provided.

• Bianca (6/5): Great views the only standout - promised luxury but did not deliver. - The views from the apartment are spectacular. You feel like you are floating at sea. There is good security in the building. The apartment is quite cheaply furnished, unlike what is pictured in the photographs. No curtains or half hanging off, baby cockroaches in the kitchen, damaged cabinetry, the shower head wouldn’t stay up in the second bathroom. One room had six beds in it - if we wanted to stay at a Backpackers we would have booked one. For the price point it was not the standard that we were expecting (the advertised price was $1900 per night). Finding where to check in was challenging, and you couldn’t check in until after 3pm. This apartment was on the 64th floor and the lifts were a problem - and once you got a lift finally, it stopped at almost every floor on the way down taking a ridiculous amount of time.

• Graham (9/5): Superb - The views, from the balcony and from all the bedrooms were spectacular. A great place to stay in Surfer’s Paradise. Only one assigned parking space for an apartment that can accommodate 12 people was a bit frustrating. But there was parking not too far away and reasonably priced, so it wasn’t a huge issue.

Curtains missing from tracks, wall dents, dishwashing machine not cleaning, had to reset the power circuit for some power points on arrival.

• Ines (4/5): Disappointing - Amazing Views, super spacious apartment in the heart of Surfers paradise. The apartment was not as clean as we would have hoped, there was old lollies and rubbish next to the main bed, outdoor table was dirty from previous guests, carpets old and not very clean, tiles very sticky, tiny cockroaches at night. No cleaning supplies what so ever, so we had to buy our own scrubbers, cloths and spray&wipe. The sheets were very thin and cheap, no mattress toppers or even protectors on the beds. Beds and couches were all very hard and cheap. The furniture shown in the photos is not the furniture we had during our stay.

• Giselle (4/5): Dirty. - great location and night time view is amazing place is dirty. we had to buy dishwasher tablets, chux, laundry detergent. Tiled floor was sticky. The place needed a vacuum but the vacuum cleaner is crap. No dustpan. This is not the place to bring a family, this is a party house. there’s a couple of boob and bum cheek prints on the uncleaned windows. furniture is falling apart.

The view at night was spectacular as well. where the apartme - The property was beautiful, very spacious, big enough for my adult children. The views were amazing. The vacuum cleaner was not the best to clean the carpets, no PowerPoint in main bathroom and main bedroom air conditioner was not working.
