• RUSSELL (8/5): Convenient location with all the basics covered for a small family - Location was perfect and opposite the Esplanade and Marina, Walking distance to shops. Bonus was the Sunday morning markets at the Marina, just a 10 min stroll away. Unit was well provided for with utensils, hair dryer, toiletries, towels etc. The complementary wine and chocolate was much appreciated. Fell in love with the neighbour's cat, who kept visiting us in the hope of nibbles. This particular unit is set back from the road on the ground floor and does not have much of a view. Ideally suited for a small family of 2-3 people as the living room and second bedroom was cramped.

• Ian (5/5): - Host provided many items in the kitchen which was good. Was not clean was the main issue. old wet towel left on bedroom, dead roach on the floor. Note it is an old building and could hear people above us moving around during night. Was not anywhere as good as rated was my main issue.

Location being near town, marina and a foreshore park over the road was great. The only thing we were disappointed with was not having a balcony or patio which was ascetically pleasing where we could sit and have an evening sundowner.

The instructions to use the BBQ would've been helpful Parking was a bit tight,with the other parks full but undercover kept the car cool.

This bright and inviting apartment has everything you need to settle in comfortably—from cozy seating and a fully equipped kitchen to soft bedding and a peaceful atmosphere. Excellent location and a super host who made everything easy. This place is truly one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. It genuinely feels like home. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay.Highly recommending it to future guests you will not regret it. We will definitely stay here again if we’re in the area....
• Ellen (9/5): Fantastic location and a perfect base for our little family. - Great, cosy apartment within walking distance to the main strip of Batemans Bay. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment, and there were lovely little touches, including complementary wine and chocolate.
