• Neha (10/5): It was an excellent experience. Simply loved it. - Breakfast was not included however, it didn’t need to since it was a house on its own where you can make breakfast in your own time. Was very relaxing stay indeed There was nothing to dislike.

• Sarah (10/5): A beautiful family friendly home away from home - Beautiful property with a great layout and amenities. My son loved all the toys, games and dvds. The front door had to be locked with the key otherwise you could push it open, guessing the lock mechanism is faulty? Wish all the tvs had some basic apps installed, iview, Netflix etc we couldn’t get anything to download.
• Shree (10/5): It was nice, quiet and huge in terms of space - It was a big house with huge master room I was dusty and the front door had transparent panel where people can see through.
• Sheila (9/5): Family Reunion - The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. All three of my teen children had a room to themselves . The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and cookware to bake or cook up a storm. There was a Sodastream as well so we were able to make mocktails with sparkling water. There was also a good selection of DVDs which we made use of as we were unfortunately unable to sign the previous user out of the TV nor navigate away from channel it was set on. We couldn't cast out own devices on the TV either. They also provided good and clean equipment and appliances to maintain the cleanliness of the property during our stay. The management team were responsive. We only had a two night stay and arrived late evening on the first night. The aircon did not work and was showing an error. We text the management team and were advised that there was a scheduled maintenance and in the meantime we should use portable heaters which didn't give our enough heat to a very open plan space. There are no instruction manuals to give guidance on how the tv worked. We were able to use the remotes to turn on the TV's but just could not navigate from the channel it was set at nor sign the previous user out. Randomly we managed to turn off one TV and one of the other TVs would turn on. There were three TVs in total. i messaged the property management and was told that it may be an issue with the battery on the remote. its a small thing but if I'm renting I'm expensive property, my expectation would be that these simple things should not be overlooked. We paid over $900 for a 2 night stay at the property and a deposit $650....so we were pretty disappointed to find that the aircon was not working.
• Shu (1/5): Bad - The stay was horrible. first night the water heater was tripped when we turn on the portable heater (we were informed ac heating is not working and given portable heater instead). However, portable heater was not working.. Ourr family were left there cold and is unable to shower. the second night though the water heater got back, but the heating ac is still not working. we were left feeling so cold.
• Mil (9/5): Very relaxing. - Great place to relax and put feet up after driving around sightseeing. Facilities were fantastic.
• Jasmine (10/5): Brillant - The link to the instruction expired. but I was still able to get hold of the management company even late into the night when we arrived. nothing at all.
• Neville (10/5): Excellent home with a lovely feel to it. Nicely decorated and modern. - Location was nice and quiet and handy for local attractions, eating etc The window covering in the bedrooms weren't adequate to keep out the light.
• Vanessa (10/5): Perfect house for a family - The house was fantastic! Super clean, it had all the amenities and more! You could stay comfortably there for weeks, which we will certainly do next time.

• Erin (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful property, great location with easy access to the beach and shops! Great area for guests and perfect t for a weekend away!
• Chloe (10/5): Amazing and will be back - The property was absolutely beautiful and comfortable i immediately felt at home and was able to relax. only thing i disliked was the difficulty with the AC but after a few minutes i was able to figure it out.
