• Fabrizio (2/5): - Siamo già stati una volta e ci eravamo trovati abbastanza bene ... siamo tornati la seconda volta ma la zona si è degradata e nella notte non siamo riusciti a chiudere occhio a causa di urla, schiamazzi e risse di un gruppo di extracomunitari .....circa una ventina proprio davanti all'ingresso del B&b. La rissa e le urla si sono protratte per ore prima che la polizia sedasse la situazione. A parere mio zona poco sicura di sera....prenza di un bar in prossimità mal frequentato
• Melih (9/5): Konum çok iyi. - Konum oldukça iyi, metro istasyonuna yakınlığı sayesinde heryere ulaşım kolaydı. Yürüyerek kolezyuma rahatlıkla gidiliyor. Temizlik yapılmıştı oda girdiğimizde temizdi. Altında market olması büyük avantaj. Cadde oldukça işlek, gece güvenlik endişemiz olmadı. Bazı mutfak araç-gereçleri vardı. Genel olarak memnunuz. Yeteri kadar, kalacağımız güne göre havlu bırakılmıştı. Giriş tam 14:00 te yönlendirdiler linkten yapılıyor. Oda terliği eksikti.

• Claudia (5/5): Casa con buon potenziale ma con servizi da migliorare - Posizione e pulizia iniziale Mancanza di lenzuola/asciugamani, scarico del lavandino del bagno non funzionante
• Florian (9/5): Unterkunft mit Gepäckaufbewahrung - Wir waren nur für eine Nacht dort, aber es war alles in Ordnung. Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Das Bett war bequem und ein großer Pluspunkt für uns war die Möglichkeit, das Gepäck im Anschluss aufzubewahren. Auch dabei hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Die Lage ist praktisch, in der Nähe von Roma Termini. Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo etc.) im Bad und die passenden Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine hätten wir begrüßt.

• Eduin (4/5): Dirty, no heating. I don’t recommend, they only want save money. - Location and apartment installation. Very poor cleanliness. When we got in, dust and hairs everywhere, a window blind felt on sill. Clearly looking it was closed for a long time. It was late in the evening and I managed to reinstall the blind to have privacy and daylight blocking. I asked by message to clean the apartment on next day, that has been accepted and done. But probably vacuumed or swept only the walking areas, clearly after it I could see dust and hairs under furniture and corners. Also we got low temperatures in Rome, the heating doesn’t work, setting is blocked and air con equipment shut off. I couldn’t warm up the apartment. Clearly to save on energy costs. I don’t recommend this accommodation.
• Fabrizio (8/5): Posizione ottima - Posizione ottima con tutti i servizi in prossimità come tram e bus, supermarket e ottimi bar comodi per la colazione. 15 min. per arrivare dalla stazione 20 min. per arrivare al colosseo Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo notato e segnalato un piccolo danno in bagno e il giorno dopo era stato sistemato. Pulizia generale buona ma migliorabile soprattutto....per la polvere Bagno cieco con ventilazione forzata (ventola)

Solicité una cuna con mucha antelación ya que fuimos con un bebé de un año, no me la proporcionaron.. Pedí una fregona y mantas limpias y caso omiso. En general el apartamento está bien pero a mi parecer le falta: Microondas Lavadora Jabón para la ducha No puedes encender el aire acondicionado Limpieza en la terraza (llena de cigarros)

• Letizia (6/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Appartamento con un buon design situato in un buon complesso condominiale, a 500 mt dalla metro Manzoni, raggiungibile dietro l’angolo Host molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza o problema Non era super pulito come descritto, check in non ad orari flessibili per poi scoprire che prima di noi non c’era stato evidentemente nessuno perché l’appartamento era pieno di polvere.. abbiamo avuto un problema la prima sera che siamo arrivati perché l’acqua della doccia era ghiacciata e solo qualche ora dopo é diventata calda, ci è stato chiesto di non usare troppo il riscaldamento o il climatizzatore per scaldare per non far andare in blocco il sistema ma fortuna che non c’é stato bisogno, nella camera matrimoniale più piccola non si respirava inoltre la serratura elettronica era andata in corto e rischiavamo di non poter chiudere l’appartamento.. fortunatamente tutto risolvibile

The manager of the apartment did not respond to our calls and had to wait out-said of the building for more than an hour. when she finally responded to phone calls she refused to send us the code to manually unlock the doors and she insisted that the problem of the internet had been solved. BUT what if that happens again? Finally the owner of the apartment brought us keys...

Tiene un mini market justo abajo y también un restaurante donde venden desayunos y almuerzos. Es un sitio tranquilo. Muy complacidos con todo, me volvería a quedar allí.

Имаше всичко необходимо.След като разбрахме как се работи със софтуера за вратите, достъпа беше лесен.Посрещна ни добре охладени апартамент, бутилка просеко и вода,както и капсули за кафе,посуда и всичко необходимо за нормален престой.Ползвахме и магазина до входа. С удоволствие бих се върнал! Тъй като бяхме 5 човека, домакинът беше осигурил допълнително легло - подматрачна рамка с крака , която скърцаше при всяко обръщане и се чуваше даже и в другите стаи.Наложи се да сложим матрака директно на земята.Иначе другите легла бяха перфектни.Това беше единствения недостатък.

Самият апартамент беше топъл, уютен на много добра локация от забележителностите на Рим. Също и близо до Метро и автобусни спирки, които ни бяха необходими за по- крайни забележителности на града,както и до гара Термини. Ако имаме възможност да посетим отново Рим, със сигурност бихме отседнали отново тук!

L'appartamento con tutto il necessario (prodotti per pulizia cucina. Pastiglie per lavastoviglie. Capsule per macchina caffè bottiglia di vino e acqua in frigo) e staff molto gentile Purtroppo il lavandino del bagno era intoppato e nelle lenzuola erano presenti molti capelli

• Maja Natasza (10/5): Ottima esperienza alle Case di Anna - Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento Camilla delle Case di Anna per 2 giorni. L'appartamento è comodo e fornito di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo trovato il tostapane, il forno a microonde, la lavastoviglie, il bollitore, la macchina del caffè a capsule Nespresso, un ferro da stiro con una piccola asse, uno stendino, il phon con diffusore (per niente scontato e molto apprezzato), oltre ovviamente a posate, bicchieri, piatti e pentole. Non mancava davvero nulla. I letti erano comodi e nella cabina armadio abbiamo trovato anche coperte aggiuntive per il freddo, che però non sono servite, perché i termosifoni erano piacevolmente caldi.
Il contatto con il proprietario è stato davvero eccellente: non ho mai dovuto aspettare più di qualche minuto per una risposta, e la gentilezza e l’impegno nel risolvere un piccolo problema sono stati davvero notevoli. L’accesso all’appartamento è stato semplicissimo: si utilizza il telefono. Ho condiviso il link fornitomi con i miei familiari e ognuno di noi ha potuto accedere liberamente all’appartamento cliccando semplicemente i pulsanti sulla pagina aperta nello smartphone. L’appartamento è situato in una zona ben collegata e ben fornita: la stazione metro Manzoni è a pochi passi, così come il Colosseo e la stazione Termini. Sotto casa c’è un mini market e all’angolo un bar. Poco distante si trova anche una rimessa per le auto molto ben organizzata (in piazza Manzoni) e diversi ristoranti e trattorie dove abbiamo mangiato molto bene. La zona ci è sembrata pulita e tranquilla. Consiglio Le Case di Anna a chi deve fermarsi qualche giorno a Roma e vuole godere di tutte le comodità nel proprio alloggio. -

• Trinidad (8/5): 4 días estupendos en Roma - La situación, cerca de Termini y muy bien comunicado. Es un alojamiento acogedor, tal y como se muestra en las fotos. La cama del dormitorio secundario no les pareció cómoda a los huéspedes que la usaron, el colchón blando y la ropa de cama no era la adecuada, las sábanas muy pequeñas, no correspondientes a las medidas de la cama. El equipamiento de la cocina, un poco escaso. El único cuchillo de cocina no corta nada. Ni una bayeta para poder limpiar las encimeras. Se echa de menos una fregona ya que si se sale el agua de la ducha, no se puede recoger.
• Altunashvili (2/5): - I had a terrible experience staying at this apartment in Rome. When we arrived, the place was in awful condition — the bed linen was dirty, with stains and hair all over it, and the sink was completely clogged. We were forced to cover the pillow with one of our own T-shirts just to be able to sleep. The host did not respond at first, and when they finally replied, they claimed that the sheets had been changed — but in reality, only one pillowcase (the one with the biggest stain) had been replaced. My original pillow was still there, exactly as we had left it, covered with my T-shirt. The host was extremely inattentive and irresponsible, offering no real help or solution to the issues we reported. I have photos and screenshots of all our conversations as proof. I definitely do not recommend this place or this host.
• Flavia (7/5): Posizione top. Rapporto qualità-prezzo perfetto. - Era la prima volta che il check-in era completamente virtuale, avere un essere umano che ti spiega le cose è un'esperienza diversa. Comprendo comunque la scelta dei gestori e superati i primi intoppi ho gestito in autonomia entrata/uscita senza aver paura di perdere le chiavi. Posizione eccellente (non ho mai preso la metro per spostarmi, giù c'è un supermercato per le emergenze). Appartamento nuovo e dotato di tutti i comfort per un breve soggiorno. Solo un piccolo appunto sui cestini per il pattume, sono troppo piccoli :)

It said there was a washing machine and when we arrived I asked because I didn’t - Spacious, modern apartment No toilet paper, no soap, no washing machine. It was a hassle to access the apartment itself, had to go thru 3 locks to get in, keyless system, not very convenient, specially if you are not good with technology. Communication with host was not good, I request toilet paper and they said they’ll take of it, never did! He left my message unseen.

• Sally (3/5): - We were very disappointed with the condition of the apartment and the lack of basic essentials. • There was no soap provided to wash our hands. • No shampoos or basic toiletries were provided. • We were three guests, each with only two towels and no extra hand towels. There were no paper towels, only toilet paper. • The foot towel was dirty. • The bed linens were not clean, and the pillows under the covers were yellow and stained. • The leather chairs were dirty. • The top of the fridge was full of dust. • No water was provided for guests. Overall, the apartment did not meet even the minimum standards of cleanliness and comfort.

• Mihaela (5/5): - A lot of noise from the upper level neighbor from 18.00 - 01.00 in the night. If was awful. We had a small kid so it was quite difficult to rest and sleep. The bathroom can be more cleaner (in the lower shower area and the brush toilet recipient) and equipped (e.g. hand liquid soap and more toilet paper - we had only one for 3 persons and we had to buy some from the near shops).

• Fabiana (10/5): Excelente - A anfitriã nos deu todas as dicas de turismo. O apartamento fica a 5 min da estação Manzoni , o que vc pode ir até na estação Barbieri e depois ao Vaticano e Términi para Aeroporto. Tem supermercado, restaurante, apartamento perfeito. Tudo excelente
• Giovanni (9/5): Posto fantastico per la scoperta di Roma - Check-in automatico (con lo staff cmq a supporto), l'appartamento ristrutturato a nuovo, provvisto di tutto l'indispensabile per un ottimo soggiorno. Metro e Tram a 300m. Fermata autobus per la stazione Termini e Pennymarkt sotto casa... Tutto è stato perfetto, come da foto e indicazioni. Grazie di aver contribuito a rendere le ns. vacanze romane, indimenticabili! Non abbiamo trovato aspetti negativi. Se proprio devo indicare qc, direi che un fornetto a microonde sarebbe una comodità in più.

• Ivan (8/5): Bolo tam výborne. Keď pojdem nabudúce do Ríma išiel by som do tohto apartmánu znovu. Budem odporúčať - dobre dostupná lokalita, primerane blízko metro, výhoda je, že priamo v b tej budove je supermarket, apartmán moderný a čistý Trochu chýbal kontakt a komunikácia s ubytovateľom

• Gheorghe (5/5): Is a good apartament, except cleaning. - Location Apartment was very dirty when we arrived. We ask to clean and waited 2 hours for someone to arrive. Bathroom, floor and bathroom vas very dirty. They didn’t clean after previous guests. They have only towel and prosecco, thanks for Prosecco 😁. Also very hard to find our apartment, some guests pretended that is their apartment, we arrived at the same time. And application didn’t work well. I had to call in call-center and spend time so they need to reset our app.
• Diacioc (1/5): - Am găsit apartamentul murdar si nepregatit. A trebuit sa mai așteptăm aproape 2 ore ca sa se facă ordine, sa se schimbe lenjeria de pat si prosoapele. Și nici nu mi-au fost compensata acest timp. Nu recomand !
