• Yujie (4/5): nice apartment, I could give higher rating if all issue can attended after reported. - Great location, nice decoration. Comfortable bed. We are here for 3 nights. One of the electric curtain was broken in the living room, the main bedroom’s bedsheet was dirty. Free Milk (for coffee) expired on the day we checked in. We reported all these issues on the first day. The staff has reply promptly however non of these issues have been solved during our stay (expect the broken curtain I agree to fix after we checked out)

The owner kept in contact with chats and it was easy to communicate with him. I would have loved to stay longer if not for work. I love the car park facility. Nothing

It offers great views and a prime location: a short stroll brings you to a neighborhood packed with restaurants, while both the museum and Rundle Mall are within a 20-minute walk. There’s an IGA supermarket right downstairs. A bit of noise on rainy days.
• Stuart (9/5): Great weekend staycation - Size and building amenities, great modern apartment. The recliners in the main room unfortunately were not working, only a minor issue

• Tegan (9/5): City escape - Lovely apartment, clean, modern and had everything we needed. Easy to access, great location for walking to points of interest around the city and we enjoyed having the Cafe downstairs. Communication from host was very helpful. If the 4th bed/3rd bedroom was more accessible, it would have been even better. Would definitely look to stay here again.

• John (10/5): What a great venue to base a trip with Friends to Adelaide. - The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean, comfortable and very well fitted out. It was close enough to everything we wanted it to be but also far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre. The Cafe and IGA either side of the Building Lobby were a bonus. My contact and communitcations with John at KinsCoin was easy, polite and informative. I will be looking to book the same apartment when i am next in Adelaide. There was nothing related to this apartment, or our stay, that wasnt liked or didnt meet our expectations...

• Johnson (9/5): We like the location. This apartment is much better than similar units around there. Was a bit pricey but you get better - A well decorated unit that makes you feel like home. Host prepared well in order to make our stay very convenient. Definitely recommend visitors of family and group try this unit. Dining table was a bit small. A 3 bedroom unit would be better with a table for six. Balcony is nice, unfortunately was a bit cold to stay outside at night.

• Karen (8/5): A/C needs to be better in bedrooms. Lounge room worked well, as dis dining table. When 4 people stay, think that mor - Central lounge room Too many “skin” products on floors.Very hot in Adelaide and think that the A/C should’ve been on prior to our arrival to greet us properly.
• Kelli (10/5): Our stay was fabulous and we will definitely be back. - We loved the apartment, it was beautifully furnished, the view was fantastic, having the IGA downstairs and parking was such a bonus. We would definitely recommend.
