La propreté .. les draps sale , mais très sale 4 serviette pour une famille de 5 personnes Et des serviettes dans un état , médiocre vraiment sale Une odeur horrible dans la salle de bain mais des remonter d’odeur vraiment horrible , et j’en passe .. le canapé on a du sacrifier une serviette pour s’assoir sur le canapé vu l’état .. Je ne suis pas du genre à laisser des avis aussi long mais j’étais obligé .. je vous déconseille 🇫🇷
• Jeroen (3/5): Disgusting smell - Swimmingpool The smell was disgusting. It smelled like a sewer. After we complained, a technician came and tried to fix it using a toothbrush and some water. That didn’t help at all. We complained again, but after that nothing else was done. The place wasn’t cleaned unless we specifically asked for it. There was no towel replacement and no extra toilet paper either. You would at least expect that from a “serviced apartment.” Additionally, the hotel is located on a very steep hill, which was quite inconvenient—especially since you can’t really tell that from the map.

Airco in slaapkamer maakt wasmachine lawaai. 1 kamer toilet/douche kon je niet in vanwege de stank. Gelukkig was er een tweede badkamer. Hebben een ander hotel geboekt na 2 nachten.

• quarex (8/5): - I think most people buy this apartment for the view itself. It's true it's amazing. Apartment is spacious and clean. Easily enough room for 5 people as 2 king beds plus 1 hidden in utility room. Location is good as well. Good that the parking is provided. Pool is nice hovewer is facing north so there's no sun at all in it if you're thinking about getting tan etc. Living room and main bedroom have extra large tv in them which makes an evening a pleasant time. Overall good stay Kitchen isn't well equipped. Just 1 frying pan and plates. If you want to cook something.... You may try to do it in kettle 🤣. Little cupboard with washing mashine has a bad smell coming from the drain. Keep the door shut otherwise you'll feel like you're in toilet all the time. Bed mattresses are hard. Maybe some people find them comfortable but I struggled a bit. Hotel has a few facilities available to the customers hovewer everything apart from pool and gym is extra charge. Soft play for kids is 60MYR per child..... Snow area on top floor is extra charge as well. Don't know how much as I thought.... I won't use it. On 47th floor there's a bar with breakfast served in the morning however it's 70MYR per person for non residents. Since we only hire the room.... We are no residents. To be honest.... No meal is that expensive in the town even right next to the hotel so don't know where you taking all your prices from. Apart from this if you're planning to escape to w Town.... It's a great spot

Titolare non troppo dispondibile: al nostro arrivo, dopo 13 ore di aereo, ci ha fatto aspettare per strada per alcune ore, nonostante gli avessimo chiesto se poteva venirci incontro e anticipare il check-in. Quando finalmente ci siamo sistemati, ci ha detto che la stanza, per quella notte soltanto, era provvisoria, e che il giorno dopo avremmo dovuto trasferirci.

Éramos tres personas y 2 baños y dejaron solo 3 toallas de ducha y 1 de lavabo. El otro baño se quedaba sin toalla. Deberían contemplar la posibilidad de tener algún sitio para dejar el equipaje antes o después de la estancia. No hay posibilidad, a la hora del check out sales con todo el equipaje. Incluso preguntamos en la parte del hotel y son independientes, por lo que ni con cargo extra se dio la opción.

• Annalisap (9/5): Ottimo! Parco giochi per bambini super plus - Noi nel dettaglio abbiamo dormito nell'appartamento 38-11 al 38esimo piano. Due camere da letto con 2 bagni e ampia cucina/soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo bottigliette d'acqua a disposizione per tutti. Abbiamo richiesto anche di avere una culla per la nostra bimba di 9 mesi e l'abbiamo trovata in stanza. Appartamento pulitissimo con ogni comfort. A disposizione anche la lavatrice/asciugatrice. Al 46esimo è presente un ristorante che serve colazione continentale a buffet a 50RM a persona (non eccezionale ma per una mattina è stato comodo). Wi-Fi perfettamente funzionante e Netflix nella TV del soggiorno che con i bimbi non ha guastato in un paio di occasioni. Plus assoluto piscina all'ottavo piano e parco giochi per bambini (questo a pagamento extra 85RM a bambino per l'intera giornata) davvero bellissimo! Posizione molto tattica con punto pick up Grab direttamente dalla reception. Alle Petronas si arriva a piedi. Consigliatissimo! Per il tema del check in nessun problema. Qualche giorno prima si prende contatto via WhatsApp con un ragazzo davvero molto disponibile e gentile che ci ha aspettato nonostante il mega ritardo del nostro driver.

• Jade (3/5): Disappointing stay - We stayed at this property twice. The first occasion was fine. We paid the money and the host told us he would give us our 7 ringgit change when we returned later in the week. On the second occasion we booked two two bedroom apartments. When we arrived we were told they weren’t available and we were given two 1-1 apartments. We told the host this was not adequate as it is not what we had booked. The host stated he would get us a mattress so that one of our children could sleep on the floor to which we stated was what no we paid for. He made some phone calls and managed to find one two bedroom apartment. There were four adults and two children travelling together. We asked the host if he could discount the room as this is not what we had paid for. He offered a $12 discount even though online the room was charged at $30 a night less. Eventually after back and forth negotiations we agreed even though we weren’t overly happy. We agreed to pay for one night and decide if we would stay on the second night. We asked for our 7 ringgit change to which the host stated he didn’t have. He again didn’t have enough change so now owed us 8 ringgit. On the second day we agreed to stay for the next night and asked the host to collect the money. We waited over an hour and he did not arrive. He then came to collect later in the evening when we bumped into him in the lobby. He refused to give us a receipt for money paid without me sending a picture of my passport even though on the previous occasion he had sent a text stating he received the money on what’s app. We took the 8 ringgit off of what we owed him so that we were sure we would get our money back. On the last morning of our stay I woke up to a notification saying they had cancelled my stay on booking.com even though we were currently staying in the apartment at the time. The host was very unhelpful and I wouldn’t recommend staying through this company.

• A (1/5): NEVER CHOOSE 8 KIA PENG SUITE HOTEL. - Nothing to like No reception. Rude staff. Room was not ready. We (Me, my wife and our niece with our luggage) have to wait/standing at the drop-off area of Wyndham Hotel for almost one hour after we reach there by taxi from the airport. (Can ask Wyndham Hotel staff who are on duty that day and can also check security cameras of Wyndham Hotel. The worst things is the room we booked was not available and asked by the staff to stay in other room instead and will have to moved to the room we booked on next day. The staff said the room he gave was better than we booked. For us, we don’t want to unpacked our luggage and repacked next day to move. We need privacy and we are visiting KL for 3 nights only. We don’t want to do unpacking one day and repacking/moving/unpacking again next day. Staff was not even asked politely. He told us that if we don’t like it, asked us to cancel the booking and HE SAID HE WILL REFUND STRAIGHT AWAY. Therefore we canceled our booking at 8 Kia Peng Suite and have to immediately book room at Wyndham Hotel which is in the same building as we are very tired and don’t want to go elsewhere with our luggage. We used BOOKING . COM and luckily the room was available for us. So we checked in at Wyndham Hotel and stay there. WYNDHAM SUITE HOTEL IS VERY NICE AND WE DEFINITELY GIVE 10 OUT OF 10. We received mail from BOOKING . COM about our refund from 8 Kia Peng Suite that they are not receiving reply from 8 Kia Peng Suite and asked us to contact to the property. I tried to contact the property but no reply. I have all the conversations screenshots and the staff from 8 Kia Peng Suite is the one who use +60 16-977 5972.

• Olga (3/5): Poor cleaning and zero customer service. - The best and the only reason why I rated this experience 3 out of 10 is the location - 5 min walk to Petronas towers. Furniture is comfortable, microwave and washing machine were available, and view from the apartment was good. 1. Cleanliness - stained bedding, including stains of blood, and something yellow. We washed in the washing machine all bedding ourselves. Inside the fridge were found dead insects, kitchen drawers with dust inside, sink with pieces of food in it. Some plastic covers (I am not sure what that was) were yellow. 2. Customer service- level zero. Our flight got delayed, and we arrived 20 min after midnight. So we were charged 50 ringgit. And asked for a cash deposit of 200 ringgit. You are asking this in the middle of the night from guests, who just arrived from the airport. After the gentleman, who met us, confirmed with someone over the phone, we were allowed to pay in Thai baht for late check-in. The deposit was agreed to be given the next day. By the way, no one contacted us for it during our 6 nights stay. There should be a way to take it online, along with payment for the flat. Moreover, he was checking our Thai baht, of whether it was real money or not! We paid for the stay fully - common, guys! 3. There is no information about anything in the apartment. It would be nice to have 1 paper with wifi password, code for the door lock, where to put garbage, location of the pool, how to use washing machine, etc. Small things make a difference. 4. Pool is on 8 floor, however with 5 sunbeds, so if you wish to enjoy poor area - forget. There is no place to put your towel if you want to swim. 5. This room type is called "family suite", however, 2 not full rolls of toilet paper, 4 shampoos, and 3 bath gels were given. There is nothing extra in the flat. 6. Before arrival, we asked about the cost of cleaning, we were ok to pay, and we just wanted a comfortable stay. Zero reply. Overall, I should say that it was an "ok" experience. However, if you think about the number of competitors in that area, where you can rent for the same cost or even less, but stress-free- I wouldn't think twice and stay in a different place.

• Sanket (10/5): Excellent - We spent two nights here on business a everything was excellent. The location o close to my destination as well as some centers in the city. As for the room, eve good and big but it is excellent and surprisingly would definitely recommend this hotel there swimming pool was very big And Nice showing One Side tower everything time it’s a very Nice to I wold Like Come again with my Family
• John (9/5): Beautiful and clean unit but checking in and out is painful - Room was very clean and place was very comfortable and the aesthetics of the place was great. The check in and check out procedure was truly as waste of time. We already informed them of arrival time but i still had to wait an additional 30 minutes as the room was not ready and I wasnt informed ahead of time. checking out was also painful. I was told them will meet me at the room to collect the keys but 20 minutes past the agreed upon time nobody came and i had to call the person in charge. Then when they told me to head to the lobby to meet, nobody was there and i couldnt wait at the lobby, i had to park quite far away and walk back to pass the keys.
