• Olga (1/5): - Nichts war gut Die Wohnung war eine Katastrophe. Ich bin ständig am Reisen mit meinen Mann und so eine katastrophale Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Wir mussten früher auschecken, weil es in so einen Zustand war, dass man dort nicht bleiben konnte. Die wohnung war eine reine Katastrophe. Es gab eine weiße Tür neben der Küche, von der ein sehr starken stinkender Geruch kam, was an sich schon unerträglich war. Dazu kamen auch ständig Käfer und Insekten durch unter der Tür und das war auch wirklich das allerletzte. Wo wir gesehen haben, was da los ist bei dieser Tür ( Bilder füge ich hinzu) musste ich mich übergeben und wir sind direkt abgereist. Das Badezimmer war auch sehr sehr dreckig, es gab mehrere Stellen wo es geschimmelt hat. Das war das erste mal, dass ich nach dem Duschen mich noch dreckiger gefühlt habe, als davor. Das Bett ist halb kaputt, quietscht extrem und hatte Haare dran. Bei der Küche waren die Geräte dreckig und mit fettigen Flecken. Zu dem ist der Boden halb zerkratzt und kaputt, teilweise auch die Möbel haben kaputte Stellen, Dellen und so weiter. Also so was schlimmes haben wir noch nie erlebt. Bitte bucht nicht die Wohnung, wenn ihr nicht auch so ein Horror erleben wollt.

• Brigitte (9/5): - Alles was man braucht, hatte man zur Verfügung Nachtischlampen wären gut, neue Messer wären auch mal angebracht. Das Schlafsofa ist zum sitzen sehr unbequem
• Andrea (2/5): Pay three and get two - Hard to say, but let's say the shower had a good spash of water. My reviews are 90% positive, I always try to understand who is working. But this time I am really dissatisfied. We booked and paid for a room for three people. When we arrived, with the snow, the flat was freezing, but that wasn't a problem. We turned on the heaters and waited for it to warm up. The place with a name that starts with “lux” is nothing more than an underground flat with minimal furnishings. When we were finally ready to go to bed, we realised that there were only blankets and sheets for two people. I sent a message to ask for some for the third person, but unfortunately I didn't get a reply until the next day, when they sent me more than six emails explaining how to check in. Too bad we had already checked out. I asked for a refund, because it seemed the least they could do, only for the third person, not for the whole stay. The response was that the blankets and pillow were under the bed, as if we hadn't looked everywhere. I wrote back again saying that they weren't there and that the cleaner had probably forgotten them. I received another email explaining how to check in.
• Alexia Sommer (5/5): Keine Luxuswohnung - Die Lage, Größe und Raumaufeilung. An der Straße konnte immer geparkt werden. Im Bad hat es die ganze Zeit nach Kanalisation gestunken; das Gefrierfach war kaputt, voll Eis und einem Fremdbeutel, der Tesafilm hat das Fach nicht zugehalten; Geschirr und Inventar waren minimalistisch gehalten, keine Weingläser; die Vorhangschienen wurden nicht sachgemäß an der Decke verbunden; keine Papiertüten für Biomüll, Plastikverpackungen wurden im Restmüll entsorgt; es gab nur helles Licht, beim Eingang und im Bad wurde das helle Licht durch Bewegung angestellt, konnten nicht gedimmt werden; der große Besen war unbrauchbar.
• Thomas (3/5): - Fällt mir nichts ein. Bei der Wohnung handelte es sich um eine Kellerwohnung, dunkel und ungemütlich. Das ging nicht aus der Beschreibung hervor. Der Zugang über Kellertreppe und Vorraum, der eher an eine Abstellkammer erinnerte, war unangenehm. Als Zugabe gab es noch eine tropfende Decke im Bad.
• Albert (10/5): A wonderful experience! - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Ingolstadt, with my family during the New Year holidays. The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay. The location made it easy to explore the city, yet it still felt peaceful and private. What truly made our experience special were the owners, they were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. I couldn’t have asked for a better holiday accommodation. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ingolstadt.

• Claudia (5/5): - Limpieza Deficiente comunicacion ante problemas, no pudimos hacer fincionar la vitroceramica y el hervidos de agua funcionaba mal y no habia microondas La distancia al casco historico de ingolstadt no era la que decia el anuncio estaba bastante mas lejos,y para mi eso era de suma importancia
• Benjamin (7/5): Wohnung/Küche modern, leider im Keller (UG), Bad/Dusche mit Feuchtigkeit, Parkplatz auf Straße. - Einfacher Check-In, generell modern, schöne Küche Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, Wohnung im Keller, Bad/Dusche müsste dringend gereinigt werden (Feuchtigkeit/Fugen), Parkplatz auf Straße. Rechnung wurde angefordert und Erinnerung geschrieben, bisher keine Reaktion.
