The owners/managers are a friendly couple who speak English and are eager to help if you have any questions. I liked the keyless system to enter the building and the studio. The suite is perfect for a couple or single guest. It has a large and comfortable bed, a separate small living area with a sofa. There is a kitchen equipped with everything necessary to make basic meals. The water pressure in the shower is strong. Everything works well, and it is super quiet at night. There is a rooftop terrace and a laundry facility that you can book ahead of time. There is a garage if you are driving.
