• Johan (8/5): Excellent apartment and good hosts! - The apartment was centrally located and the standard was excellent. Easy to communicate with the hosts and get access to the apartment. The weather wasn't so great so that we could use the terrace as much as we wanted to though. There was some problems with a couple of the electrical shades that did not work and the coffeemaker was broken. There was some repairs done in the bathroom that should have been finished but otherwise was the apartment up to par.

• Giovanni (9/5): La visita alla meravigliosa Berlino è stata resa fantastica grazie al comfort dell’alloggio - La posizione, l’arredamento del loft, la pulizia, la presenza delle suppellettili scelta con cura e completa di tutto, luminosità del locale. Purtroppo in orario notturno si è udito un continuo sbattere di qualche porta ma nulla da imputare alla struttura.

• Arnau (8/5): Muy bonito - Cuando llegamos, había una señora que nos pidió el código de entrada diciendo que trabajaba allí, pero resultó no ser cierto. La situación nos preocupó bastante. Contactamos con atención al cliente de Booking y nos confirmaron que no era empleada del alojamiento, lo cual nos pareció bastante extraño. Por lo demás, la estancia fue muy positiva: todo estaba muy limpio y el lugar es muy bonito.

• Saskia (7/5): Insegesamt okay, aber nicht nochmal - Gute Lage und ausreichend Platz Alle 6 Schlafmöglichkeiten zusammen in einem großen Raum, Badezimmer schmutzig, Duschtür schloss nicht, separater Raum mit Einzelbett, das extrem viele Haare aufwies (wirkte so, als ob die Wäsche nach dem letzten Gast nicht gewechselt wurde) und wo die Tür gegenschlug, sodass man ständig an dieser hängenblieb, insgesamt unsicheres Gefühl, da das Treppenhaus zur Straße hin komplett offen und für jeden betretbar ist, zudem nachts sehr viel Lärm im Treppenhaus

• van Zadelhof (9/5): Really enjoyed the place location and would definitely come back. - The space was very good! And the fact I could wash and use a kitchen instead of a regular hotel. Windows very big but the shutters are perfect so big plus for natural light. The TV offers Netflix login which sometimes is lost in hotels as they turn it off in the software. I missed a small oven and the couch which also is a bed was very high and not really comfortable to watch a movie but luckily the normal bed was behind. That’s it.

• Karl (9/5): Entspannter Aufenthalt - Ambiente modern, Aufzug bis zum Appartement, moderne Einrichtung Die Terrasse im Penthouse war leider nicht wirklich sauber und wirkte etwas ungepflegt. Kissen fehlten, Kippenstummel, dreckige Platten. Sah auf den Fotos schöner aus.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Sehr gut für ein Wochenende mit Freunden - Die Lage, das Design der Wohnung und das unkomplizierte Ankommen waren sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit den Hosts auch. Die Wohnung war ruhig und gut ausgestattet. Eine Kaffeemaschine oder ein French Press, der nicht kaputt ist (leider war es so), würden die Ausstattung noch optimaler machen. :) Etwas irreführend fand ich die Bilder auf Booking. Ich habe mit einer größeren Fläche gerechnet, sodass unsere Gruppe mehr Platz hat. Letztendlich schliefen sechs Personen zusammen in einem Raum und eine Person in einem separaten Raum. Es wäre bequemer gewesen, wenn die Aufteilung etwas gleicher wäre. Der große Raum war groß, wobei nicht ideal für sechs erwachsene Personen. Die Bilder haben einen etwas größeren Eindruck hinterlassen.

• Mirte (8/5): Fijn verblijf op een goede locatie! - We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad! Het appartement had alle nodige faciliteiten en was erg schoon. Ook het balkon was super fijn en de bedden lagen lekker. Een super appartement om met een grote groep te verblijven, aangezien onze appartementen ook aan elkaar konden worden gekoppeld.

We thought that we had to have one of the lockboxes on the ground floor near the entrance of the building. Turned out we could get on the elevator to out designated floor without a key and there in the hall to our appt in a drawer was our lockbox

• Evi (9/5): Great choice - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Berlin! The location is super convenient, just a 20-minute walk from the city center. The apartment was very warm and cozy, and the hosts were incredibly helpful, especially when we accidentally had a problem with the keys. The only minor drawback was that the second bedroom was a bit small but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful area with the metro nearby.

• Stefanie (10/5): Außergewöhnlich tolles Loft mitten in Berlin. - Das Loft war außergewöhnlich schön, von der Einrichtung und der Athmosphäre. Die liebevolle Gestaltung, die sehr passend ist für Berlin, hat unsere Erwartung noch übertroffen. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sehr groß, komfortabel, mit begehbarem Kleiderschrank, und toll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war super, ein Bäcker ums Eck, ein tolles spanisches Restaurant nebenan und mit der Bahn unkompliziert zu erreichen, mitten in Berlin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

• Laura (8/5): Spacious, comfortable and well located apartment - would definitely recommend - I loved the spacious apartment, funky decor, the beds were great and comfortable, the bathroom was lovely and clean and the shower was great. The location was great and it was useful to have the supermarket so close. Nothing much, minor things like shower gel missing and the ironing board being in the hallway - so I missed it.

• Lena (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt! - Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und das Loft war super schön ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Größe war perfekt für 5 Personen pro Loft. Die Lage war perfekt! Sehr zentral gelegen mit direkter Anbindung zur U-Bahn. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren direkt vor der Tür. Wir haben zwei Nächte übernachtet. Pro Person gab es ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch, es wäre schön gewesen wären noch Handtücher auf Reserve da gewesen.
