- Vladimir (5/5): Could be much better. Lack of details. - The only positive thing about this accommodation is the location—it’s close to the U1 metro station and a EuroSpar supermarket. There is parking available, but one evening the lot was full, and I couldn’t find a spot, which was very inconvenient. Also, the beds are super comfy. Unfortunately, the property is very poorly maintained, which is a shame because it has the potential to be a decent place. I was extremely dissatisfied with the state of the apartment—it was dirty and unkempt. I had to go to Spar to buy cleaning supplies to clean the toilet, bathroom fixtures, and the greasy extractor fan, which smelled awful. The apartment does not have two separate bedrooms as advertised. There is only one bedroom, while the second “room” is actually a combination of the kitchen, dining area, and living room, with a bed and a sofa. The bathroom does not have a window, contrary to the photos shown online. Nothing about this place is “deluxe.” It is far from it, yet it is marketed as a deluxe apartment. For nearly €200 per night, what you get is very basic. There is no coat rack or wardrobe in the hallway to hang jackets, and the bathroom doesn’t even have a single hook for towels. We were a family of three, and we were only provided with one hand towel and three bath towels. Additionally, there were only two glasses for water in the entire apartment.
- Bebe (5/5): With some things arranged and cleaning might been a good location . - The area is quiet and close to subway station. There is also a little garden even the grass is not cut and there are a lot of spiders. And there is a free parking place in front of the building First in the description are 2 separate bedrooms and that's a lie. There's a living with a bed and a sofa where is the television and a table, the fridge and other kitckchen equipment described. Also not mentioned is that is some kind of underground . And when we entered there were at least 5 spiders in the rooms - dont't know when or if was the cleaning made. We were in 15-18th of august, some very hot days in Vienna and there is no air conditioning so be carrefull if you are not ressistant to heat. Also in the pictures there is a window in the bathroom and in fact it isn't.And if you do not have air conditioning put some mosquito nets at windows and doors and at least 1 fan .

- Anna (10/5): Perfect location very comfy with parking - Very well equipped modern apartment with private garden. The parking is outside so if you have roof box like we did you will park there without problem. We had lovely stay and the location is perfect just next to metro station and big supermarket

- Balázs (9/5): Central located, nice, clean and modern accomodation for a family or maybe some friends. - The apartement is in a very good location, near public transport and stores, but still in a quiet street. Huge plus for me is the parking possibility, which can be difficult in Vienna. Overall, a nice, clean and modern accomodation for a family or maybe some friends. A little bit spartan on kitchen tools, no tv, only one liquid soap and a only a handfull of washing maschine tabs. Everything is OK, but a few additions could be nice on these topics.
