• Bohg (10/5): - Die Lage war für uns perfekt zu den Westfalenhallen und dem Signal Iduna Park. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe und Rossmann) sind innerhalb von 3 Minuten zu erreichen Alles sehr schön ruhig, sauber und ordentlich Nicht gefallen kann man nicht sagen, aber vielleicht ein kleiner Hinweis: vielleicht ein kleines Ablegeregal im Bad, für alles was die Frauen mit sich rumschleppen (Make-Up, in meinem Fall Brille/Kontaktlinsen...)
• Pavlína (9/5): - Hezká lokalita, v okolí mnoho kaváren a obchodů. Kousek do centra.
• Anastasiia (9/5): Очень удобное место расположения - Место расположения - великолепное! Рядом все нужные магазины, несколько кофеен и ресторанов. 20 минут пешком до старого города, 25 минут пешком до футбольного стадиона, 30 минут до большого парка со смотровой вышкой. Большие окна за счет чего в квартире светло, можно включить батареи чтобы было и тепло (были в начале апреля - на улице было еще прохладно). Чистый холодильник. В квартире проводили мало времени, поэтому если не обращать внимания на некоторые вещи - в целом всё неплохо. Расположение играло ключевую роль при выборе данного объекта размещения. Заселение было в субботу - хозяин квартиры не отвечал на звонки / смс / сообщение через эту платформу (перезвонил только в понедельник). (По моему субъективному мнению, если аренда квартиры - это бизнес - управляющий должен быть на связи круглосуточно, как минимум на случай экстренной ситуации). В квартире было грязно: крошки и что-то еще валялось на полу, грязное в катышках кухонное полотенце, старая использованная губка для посуды, в кофеварке не сделан декальк, пыль на цветах и грязные жалюзи, темные волосины в душе, длинные белые волосы на зеленом диване и черном ковре (цвет обозначила для того чтобы было понятно, что на контрасте их невозможно не заметить! - при условии, конечно, что какая-то уборка перед заселением вообще проводилась). Остальные «мелочи», пожалуй, упущу, поскольку могут быть слишком субъективными.

• kim (10/5): - Jeg likte alt, bra lokaler, bra lokasjon, god plass og hyggeligige verter.
• Ueckhoff (9/5): Ruhig und trotzdem stadtnah - Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell, gemütlich und warm und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie liegt in einem (vor allem nachts) ruhigen Viertel in Innenstadtnähe. Mit etwas Glück findet man in der Nähe auch kostenlose Parkplätze (Sonnenstraße) . Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie und das Stadtzentrum sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Für kleinere Menschen (ich bin 1,56 m) sind die Schränke und die Jalousienbänder zum Teil ein bisschen hoch und schwer zu erreichen (kleine Klappleiter, Tritthocker o. ä. wäre hilfreich). Eine Mikrowelle wäre praktisch. Für die Cafissimo Kaffeemaschine benötigt man die Kapseln von Tchibo, das sollte vorher bekannt sein.
• Hackbarth (9/5): - Die perfekte Lage und die Aufteilung der Wohnung ! Der etwas muffige Geruch der Handtücher. Keine Lüftung im Bad .
• Claudia (10/5): Super Kurztrip in Dortmund - Die Lage ist super! fFür1-2 Personen perfekt, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen, Küche gut ausgestattet, Sauber und warm.

• Danilo (7/5): Schöne Wohnung fürs Wochenende. - Parkplatz in der Nähe, je nachdem ob frei. Ruhige Wohngegend. Einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt in der Nähe. Nah zur Westfalenhalle. Kein Küchenpapier. Kissen nicht sehr bequem. Handtücher riechen nicht so gut.
• David (7/5): - La ubicación es buena, cerca de supermercados y zona de restauración. Se puede llegar desde la estación de tren andando en unos 25 minutos. La limpieza era justa, los cristales de las ventanas estaban muy sucios y la bandeja del horno estaba sin limpiar. Los estores de las ventanas no funcionaban correctamente y entraba mucha luz para dormir. En lugar de almohadas, las camas tenían cojines y eran incómodos.
• Ute (7/5): Nach 3. Aufenthalt leider enttäuscht - Waren zum 3. Mal dort, Größe und Lage des App. sehr gut. Es ist sehr hell und trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig. Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Leider hat die Sauberkeit sehr nachgelassen: das einzige Geschirrtuch war benutzt (haben auf Bitten des Vermieters neue gekauft), die anderen Handtücher waren wohl sauber, haben aber sehr unangenehm gerochen. Der Abfluss in der Küche war undicht, was aufgrund des darunterliegenden Lappens wohl bekannt war. Die Wachstischdecke war notdürftig geklebt, die Fensterbänke staubig.
• Veselina (10/5): Perfect - Beautiful place. Close to everything you want to see, the stadium, the center,the football museum and a lot more. The neighborhood is pretty chill. The apartment has good internet and nice furnishings. Highly recommend it.
• Francesco (10/5): Great place! - The property was in a good location, with restaurants and bars nearby. Good communication from the hosts as to where keys were. Clean and tidy. We had no concerns for our stay at all in the slightest.

But a train / underground station less than 5 minutes walk from apartment. Supermarket, cafes just round the corner. No clear instruction on how to use the washing machine facilities.

• Sylvie (8/5): I had an awesome time and will return - already booked! - The location was perfect for my needs. The apartment was great in size for me, I like smaller spaces. It was minimalistically furnished without clutter, I like that as well. I could walk or take public transportation to get everywhere I needed to go. There are restaurants, cafes and a grocery store basically a stone throw away from the apartment, as well as bakeries and drug stores. I am from Dortmund but have lived in the States now for 25 years and really loved that I could do all my errands on foot or tram. No need for a car unless you have places to travel to that are off the beaten path. A small binder with information e.g. Wifi, contact, general stuff like how does the coffee maker work (it used pods, I didn't know which or how to use it) would be very helpful. It took a while until I searched around and looked at the modem to see if that had any information on it. The TV did not work, it was not properly hooked up to cable and not to Wifi either. I finally got an ethernet cable and then at least had Netflix. I could not install cable wirelessly because I didn't have enough information about the WLAN set up. A binder, or having made sure that this all works and is accessible would have been easier. When you come from overseas, systems work differently. I would have liked more towels. There was one for the entire week, plus a small one which I put on the floor to step on.
