Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

- simon (8/5): Loved Nelson Bay and Ocean Shores - Views, waves, balcony, services. Rubbish bin putrid but was replaced by staff when advised. Washing machine leaking so didn’t use.
- Emily (6/5): - We’ve stayed at the property multiple times. The reason we come back is for the location. It’s very shabby. Nothing has been added to improve the apartment. The beds are lumpy. The single bed on the left has a lean to it. Do you feel like you’re failing out. The new locks on the bedroom and kitchen windows make is hot and stuffy. The kitchen is not getting proper ventilation. The couches are stained and scratched. The dinning room chairs are so uncomfortable. The fake plants are covered in dust and don’t add anything to making it look like a place that is taken care of. There second toilet wasn’t clean when we arrived. Even though it had a sanitised paper banner put across it. Under the couches there was old chips and dust. Having to pay $62 dollars for sheets and towels, when at a hotel they are included. The long list of all the things we are instructed to do before leaving makes us think we are better off staying in a hotel. So really all we are paying for is an expensive view.

We liked the quiet location. It was a bit difficult to carry our luggage, groceries ect up and down the stairs.

It's in a great location and while it's small, it's very neat & comfortable. 've stayed in this property several times now and I love it. But, the pots and pans need replacing, the cooking utensils are a bit tired, we love to cook so notice these things. The fans are rusty and there's no BBQ. I think that the linen should be part of the cost of booking as it's $380+ per night then linen is charged on top of that.

- Catherine (10/5): Light, bright, clean and fabulous location - I loved the proximity to the beach. It was fabulous. We could also walk in to the shops which was great. We arrived early and they let us in which was great as we needed to get ready for a wedding. Nothing. Everything was great.

The booking process was confusing, and and not clear about a fee required for changing the arrival time. Beds needed to be made. However they’re was fresh and clean linen provided.

No air conditioning. You do get a nice sea breeze through the apartment but it is quite stuffy at night.
Cleanliness could be better and provide more toilet paper.

The pull out couch it the living room still had a sheet on the bed ( we did not remove it) and there were children’s clothes under the cushions ( which we put in the bin).
