- Tobias (4/5): - Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, sowie ein 2. Bett im Wohnzimmer. Für den Preis (75€ pro Nacht) eine Frechheit. Der Check-in war schon problematisch. Die Nachbarn unten drunter waren extrem laut, der Backofen quasi nicht nutzbar da weder Backblech noch Backrost vorhanden ist. An der Balkontür wurde ich von einer randvollen Flasche und einer Dose mit Zigaretten Kippen begrüßt. Aus der Wand hängen Kabel, keine Klingel vorhanden. Es war ziemlich dreckig, vor allem Spinnenweben an allen Decken. Das Geschirr so wie der Herd waren total dreckig. Alles in allem ist das DEFINITIV keine Ferienwohnung sondern eine völlig überteuerte Monteurwohnung. Nie wieder!

Die kleinen Mängel sollen als Verbeserung und Hinweis gewertet werden. - Sehr bequeme Betten Ruhige Lage, gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Ausstattung der Küche, kein Abwaschlappen, kein Handtuch, keine kleinen Löffel Heizung im Bad ging nicht

- Claudia (5/5): Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt. - Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Weiteres Bett ist in der Stube, großer Fernseher. Sehr guter Wasserdruck bei der Dusche. Wlan war gut, verschiedene Streamingdienste vorhaben, Außenjalousien sind da. Es gab zu wenig Küchenausstattung, z.B. kein Backblech. Überall hängen lose Kabel, der Geschirrspüler war kaputt. Es gab keinen Stöpsel für das Spülbecken zum Abwaschen, für 2 Wochen nur 1 Geschirrtuch, keine Topflappen ..... Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig, man kann die Nachbarn gut hören. Kein Zugang zu den Mülltonnen, Müll sollte vor die Tür gestellt werden.

- Michal (10/5): Exceptional - wonderful appartment, everything was clean and looked new, kitchen well equiped, comfortable living room and beds. even netflix included. free parking on the street, took us less then 10 min to the city center. huge shoping mall near by. very quiet, in a nice area. self check-in any time, easy communication with the host might be little difficult to reach withouth car...but there was public transport not far
