- Zornitsa (1/5): Bad - The actual property was great, booking through the services of this agency-big mistake Check in from hell-reservation was not provided at the main gate of the resort, we needed to call, wait in the sun and if took time for the agency to return the call.Next the apartment was not cleaned, bloody towels on the bed, trashes everywhere. The agency found other cleaning service and even asked to go and be there so they clean... How is that a responsibility of the guest?Also in the end we needed to go and get our toilet paper as they the cleaning service did not have one... basic amenity in my opinion.The agency after coordinating the cleaning stopped replying to any messages I sent about the situation, no confirmation when the cleaning was done. I left question-nothing.Next day a hot a message from they completely ignoring my questions asking us if we leave at check out time or before? I demanded as answer, asked to late check out because of the 3 hour check in and reported problem with the unit-no reply all day. In the evening I sent another message asking contact of Manager and then received a reply the late check in cannot be confirmed due to no check in time provided from the next guest.Next morning I checked again as I was left pending waiting and after a few messages in whataspp as they don't reply in booking chat- 1 hour extended and they said the cleaning lady at the same time. Conslusion- worst possible communication, treated us like trash and this was a booking for a nice resort!!! The resort is beautiful but don't make the same mistake booking through this scam agency.
