• Jeff (10/5): Book this apartment! - Wonderful location and apartment near the Vatican. Rosi is an exceptional host who went out of her way to adjust her schedule due to a travel delay. Very secure with easy access to the Metro and very walkable. Highly recommended! Nothing at all!

• Matija (8/5): Great location near the market and transportation - The location is really great, we could explore the whole city really easily and had everything close. For me the best part was the market next street! Something’s could be renovated to work better but I understand, its a old building and maybe not possible.

• Thomas (10/5): Vatikan und Roms Zentrum vor der Tür V - Eine wirklich schöne, von der Inhaberin Rosi mit sehr persönlichem Geschmack eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem großen Wohnzimmer und zusätzlich einem Schlafzimmer, einer Küche und Bad. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock (mit Aufzug), und vom Treppenabsatz aus sieht man die Kuppel des Petersdoms beinahe zum Greifen nahe. Super Lage, um Rom zu erkunden, und Rosi war wirklich sehr nett zu uns. Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, aber gleich um die Ecke ist die Zufahrt zu einem (für diese Lage) günstigen Parkhaus (20 €/Tag). Wir hatten das Pech, dass die Waschmaschine nicht funktionierte, wofür sich Rosi allerdings vielmals entschuldigt hat.

• Dr (10/5): A true experience of Rome with a view of the St Peters Basilica from our door, - Rosi, the owner, was outstanding. Arranged a limo and helped when we were delayed at the airport for 90 minutes to keep the limo man, Roberto (also a gem), waiting for us. She helped in many other ways. I thank her deeply. The position of our stay was excellent, close to the Vatican Museum, good bus route, close to Metro stations. We liked the character of our apartment and it felt like Rome should feel. Everything was a joy.

Bed was very comfortable. The vibe of the apartment was both homey and eclectic- loved it! Host went above and beyond with spot on recommendations and arranging professional and reasonably priced transfers. Don’t hesitate on this place.

• Hsueh (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is comfortable and very clean, just as photo showed. There are supermarkets, cafe and great restaurants nearby and you can walk to Vatican Museum and St. Peter's Basilica. Rosi is a warm and nice host. We will choose this apartment next time.
• D'arcy (10/5): As good as it gets in Rome next to the Vatican. Perfect. - Rosi was a fantastic hostess. I arrived later than planned and she was very patient and met me at the apartment to give me the keys. Rosi even left a bottle of wine and some delicious treats for me as well. Beautiful apartment with large walk out windows in the bedroom and the kitchen to small balconies. Lots of air flow. Depending on the time of year that you're staying, there is a quite good AC in the living room and the bedroom. I spent quite some time looking at all the photos and art on the walls. A life time of memories presented. The kitchen has everything needed. There are a couple of cafetières but no coffee machine. Grab some espresso and sugar if necessary at the near by groceries. Use the small back burner :) Plenty of towels and a very nice shower with an adjustable shower head and lots of hot water. The location is perfect. Bus stop at the front door. With many varied restaurants, cafés, and small shops up and down the street. 24 hours grocery store 5 minutes away. No alcohol sales after 10:00 p.m. It is important to be aware that with the windows open it is very noisy being on a main thoroughfare but much quieter late at night. This is Roma after all. It's a loud and busy place and wonderful! Quiet with windows closed though. I forgot something in the apartment when I left and with the door automatically locking behind me I asked Rosi if she could come and let me back in and she did. She drove in within an hour and a half or so and was very gracious. Incredible place. I wish I could have stayed longer. Take advantage of this beautiful apartment. You won't be disappointed.

• Bogdan (10/5): Perfect flat, great location and wonderful host - It was very clean and spacious, conveniently located right next to a bus station and very close to Cipro and Ottaviano metro stations. The kitchen had everything that you needed. There’s Netflix as well. Rosanna is outrageously kind, she’s the perfect host: arranged for our taxi to wait for us at Fiumicino and waited for us at the property, explaining everything. She gave us a bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. I was impressed. There’s nothing we didn’t like.

But i do not like to stay exactly in the center of the city. I looking for the affordable price. This apartment met all my criteria perfectly! It was a very nice stay!
