The homestay really make my day become terrible..Even as a guest request late check out around half an hour also need to pay extra charges for RM40..After that ask me to pay RM20 due to she mention have another customer will go in at 130pm..As I know the procedure check in time for next customer should be at 3pm onwards but here the homestay is 130pm already check in..Keep calling non stop until ask the owner to give me penalty due to late check out at 1245pm..Really not recommended for family to stay here..

- Kaiwai (3/5): Poor Management - We have faced a situation that we think it is quite ridiculous and unacceptable. When we have successfully checked in and get the access card together with the door key, there are 2 doors for this unit, one outer metal door and another wooden door. However, there is only one door key provided which is dedicated for the metal door, we managed to unlock the metal door but we realised that the wooden door is locked as well but there is no key provided for this door. We contacted the agent and she said that this wooden door is normally not in locking status and it might be due to the cleaner accidentally locking the door after the cleaning. She said she will get the key from the house owner and open the door within 1 hour, which is actually more than 1 hour because she said that she stuck in the traffic jam. In addition, we have an appointment afterwards as well. After she came and opened the door, we asked that if we can get that wooden door key in case the door is accidentally locked again, but she refuse to pass us the key with the reason that there is no excess key. Really disappointed with the management and solution provided, time is gold, we were too exhausted at that time that we just need to get an instant shower and rest and 1 hour plus of waiting time exhausted us more. She did not even express a sincere apologies and keep claiming this is due to the cleaner's fault.
