Security guy from the pool is not friendly at all. The day receptionist was very good but the night shift one was not. I also received my plates at the restaurant and then nobody came to ask for water, extras, bill… I wanted to reorder but nobody came so I stand up, payed , and left

• Kay (5/5): The pool was nice and the suite was large but service and cleanliness can be better. - The pool is the only reason for booking this property, especially because this building now blocks the view from the Face Suites. The pool area was slippery and seemed accessible by anyone, even people who were not staying in the building because no access card was needed to enter. The cups in the kitchen were dirty. My room didn't come with towels and it took them two hours after notifying them before I got towels.

The cons of the stay as mentioned, if you’re more prepared, I guess it doesn’t really matter. - The room we got was huge and the pool area was great overlooking a nice view of the city. It was clean and spacious. The pillows in the room were uncomfortable (hard). The floor in the room was a bit sticky I feel. We requested for bedroom slippers and extra towel and it took quite a long time to receive it - had to request 3 times. No complimentary pool towels.

• Rizhi (5/5): Passable - The aircon in the master bedroom was not cold enough eventhough i switch it on to 17degress. I had difficulties with asking for an extra comforter as there wasnt any respond given from the receptionist after 8pm. I had an extended for my stay on my last day and when I came back to the room I notice that my card was unable to access in untill I have to call them again for them to unlock the door for me which was abit unconvenient. To add on, I gave cash of RM400 for the room that cost me RM380 she had no change on the day so I told her to keep it for deposit. But when I had my check out the balance wasnt given to me. I guess there was a miscommunication from their side or its just the pinoy receptionist just didnt update in the system. But overall my stay was comfortable and easy access for my parking.

• Magnus (6/5): Fantastic pool views and modern. Shame about security guards at the pool! - The pool. The view from the pool was fantastic. The apartment itself was modern and pretty clean (only a few months old). The pool closes earlier than the stated closing time (22:00) every night. It closes 5-10 minutes early and the security guards let you know well before the time in an unfriendly way. The security guards at the pool are needlessly authoritarian in nature and unfriendly, even though everyone was well behaved at the pool. This is the main reason for the score being lower. It ruined the atmosphere of the pool and felt like you were constantly being watched. We asked about our deposit (paid in cash) at checkout and he said it will be refunded in a few days. Then we had to remind him it was paid with cash, otherwise we would have left without our deposit. Communication was a bit chaotic during the stay. There were quite a few hairs and dirt on the carpet beside the bed.
• Faizal (9/5): Pleasant comfortable studio apartment - Very spacious and nice decor. The kitchen has microwave, washing machine, coway water dispenser, electric cooker a d refrigerator. The pool on the level 52 has nice view The checking in instruction not clear. I park my car at basemet before checkin. i had to pay RM20 parking for few minutes parking. Should write park outside and due checkin parking card will be issued

Swimming pool is awesome Need to contact the staff to checkin in advance cuz it requires access from lobby to the suites. The swimming pools close several minutes before 10pm and wont let us in at 9:55pm for taking photos only, but openning hours claims end with 10pm

• Temwa (7/5): Good - The room was specious. Very clean. The pool area has an amazing view. Location is great walking to many attractions or a short drive. The view from the room is blocked by a building right opposite. With Check in time being 3pm atleast make check out time at 12 not at 11am.
• Elena (10/5): Overall nice place to stay for couple of nights. Be aware of deposit in cash 200 MYR. Infinity pool on the 51 floor is a - New building, clean and tidy, spacious apartment, everything new. Noise. We were unlucky to have very noisy neighbors, their kids were very noisy - running around screaming until 2 a.m. Very low noise protection.
