• Peter (8/5): Ferienwohnung in Neu-Aubing - Ruhige Lage, gute S-Bahn Anbindung (ca 10 Minuten Fußweg), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und netter Biergarten in der Nähe, gut ausgestattete Küche. Gesamte Ausstattung neu, geräumiges Bad, Balkon (allerdings ohne Sitzgelegenheiten). 2 Schlafzimmer, aber kein Wohnraum. In einem Schlafzimmer steht ein Tisch, an dem 3 Personen sitzen können. War für uns ok, aber es wäre gut, das vorher zu wissen, denn in der Küche ist auch keine Sitzgelegenheit.

• Tariq (10/5): Simply put, It was an excellent stay at the flat. It is a walking distance to grocery store and S8 train station. The ho - The cleanliness and availability of all the toiletries made it exceptional. There isn’t any.

• Suleymanov (10/5): - Die Wohnung hat unserer ganzen Familie sehr gut gefallen. Man sieht, dass entweder kürzlich renoviert wurde oder dass das Gebäude neu ist. Das Apartment ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet – alles hat seinen Platz, nichts ist überflüssig. Die Gastgeberin hat an viele Kleinigkeiten gedacht, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Alles Notwendige war vorhanden: Küche, Bad und Zimmer sind bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. In vielen Apartments oder Hotels findet man nicht einmal ein einfaches Shampoo – hier gab es sogar Zahnpasta. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und herzlich. Ein großes Dankeschön an sie für dieses wunderbare Apartment! Ich kann dieses Apartment wärmstens empfehlen – buchen Sie ohne zu zögern!
• Uwe 2025 (9/5): Verkehrsgünstig gelegenes 2 Raum-Appartment - Die Schlüsselübergabe und Einweisung erfolgte persönlich. Es ist ein ziemlich neues 2-Raum-Appartment im DG eines Wohnhauses. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer kann zum Bett umgerüstet werden. Die S-Bahn-Linien 8 und 5 halten regelmäßig in fußläufiger Nähe, so dass eine Top-Anbindung an Innenstadt und auch den Flughafen besteht.

Grande - Estupendo alojamiento, con una cómoda cama (tamaño queen/king size), con un salón con televisor grande, una cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios, cafetera y baño. Todo estaba muy limpio y la entrada fue muy cómoda. Quizá algo difícil de acceder para personas con movilidad reducida debido a que está en una tercera planta y no hay ascensor.

• Johannes (5/5): - Sauber, gut gelegen Mehr Schein als sein, sieht alles sehr schick aus aber kann nicht wie auf den Bildern genutzt werden. Stöpsel Badewanne fehlte die ganze Zeit trotz Info an Vermieter. Wir hatten die Wohnung extra wegen der Badewanne gebucht. Terrassentüren sind verschlossen weil der Balkon noch nicht fertig gebaut ist. Rolläden Schalter zwar vorhanden, kein Abdunkeln durch Rolläden möglich. Offene Stromkabel im Flur.Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus, es muss abends immer in der Umgebung nach einem Parkplatz gesucht werden.

• Caner (9/5): Münihte Konaklamak İçin Güzel Bir Ev - Oda ve ev çok iyi temizlenmişti. Nevresimler temiz yıkanmıştı. Evinizde gibi hissedebilirsiniz. Mutfak ekipmanları ve ihtiyacınız olan her şey evde vardı. WiFi gayet iyi çalışıyordu. S8 hattı yürüyerek 10 dakika ve şehir merkezine ve havalimanına ulaşım için gayet kolaylık sağlıyor. Yatak odasındaki ve koridordaki ısıtma sistemi çok iyi çalışmıyordu. Banyoda havlu olmasına rağmen duş için daha büyük havlular olması daha iyi olurdu. Yemek yenilebilecek bir masanın olmaması maalesef bir eksiklik.

• Marzena (10/5): Zatrzymaliśmy się w tym mieszkaniu na Oktoberfest i był to doskonały wybór - Bardzo ładne, bardzo czyste, pachnące, komfortowe mieszkanie, po remoncie, doskonale wyposażone. Cicho, spokojnie. Może poza centrum, ale doskonale skomunikowane z centrum miasta, więc dojazd bezproblemowy, nawet weekendową nocą. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z tego pobytu i polecamy W mieszkaniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy, a nawet więcej :-)

We thought that it was two rooms (bedrooms) and one living room. Pictures did not gave us the impression. However, we managed and host was also comprehensible for our check-out.
