• Gizem (10/5): Super appartement proche du centre de milan - L’appartement est grand, propre et bien équipé les lits étaient confortables nous y avons séjourné en famille et c’était super. L’hôte est réactif et l’accès à l’immeuble est simple (vidéo explicative de l’accès aux clefs) et beaucoup de parking disponibles dans la rue
• didier (8/5): Nouvel An sympathique entre amis dans un grand et bel appartement. - Le confort thermique, l'équipement (salon, salle de bain, chambre), les aides vidéo pour rentrer dans l'immeuble et l'appartement Le manque d'information (sous forme papier ou sites internet) sur : les moyens de transport (bus, métro, tramway) et leurs distances d'accès; les magasins alimentaires à proximité. On s'est débrouillé. Notices d'utilisation des équipements de la cuisine. Quelques manques en cuisine, surtout le soir de l'arrivée : éponge, liquide vaisselle (achetés et laissés dans le placard), et surtout torchon, Équipement à compléter : Saladier pour 6 personnes (les pâtes et les salades), grille pain qui ne fonctionnait pas. A noter l'évacuation du lavabo de la deuxième chambre qui s'est bouché. Heureusement, il y a une ventouse.

• Eran (8/5): - הדירה גדולה מאד נקיה ומרווחת, נעימה ויפה הדירה לא קרובה בכלל לתעלות הנביליו אך לנו זה לא הפריע משום שרצינו להיות דווקא בשכונה המסוימת של הדירה. הדירה אמנם מאובזרת אך בכל זאת היו חסרים בה כמה דברים שהקשו עלינו את השהיה. מדיח הכלים לא פעל - לא משנה איזה כפתור ניסינו. בנוסף, יש במטבח מיקרוגל אך הצלחת שלו לא היתה. איך אפשר לחמם ככה? כמו כן, לא היו במטבח מגבות מטבח בכלל וגם לא מטלית לניגוב השיש. נאלצנו לשטוף כלים בעצמנו וללכת לקנות מטלית ומגבת. חבל...
• adi (9/5): - דירה יפה ונקיה, קרובה מאד למסעדות והחנויות הכשרות. איזור שקט ונחמד. מזגן בכל חדר בדירה, התמונות מתאימות למציאות מבחינת גודל ומצב הדירה. היה סבון כלים, קפסולת כביסה למכונת כביסה. צק אין עצמי נוח ( סרטון הדרכה ברור). לא הייתה צלחת במיקרו, והיו לפעמים בעיות עם המים, שאמרו לנו שזה קורה כשנגמרים המים החמים, עד שהדוד ממשיך בחימום.

Aircon in every room . and window shutters . full kitchen. big TV and single sofabed in the living room. 10 min walk to metro. no car parking . need little improvement in cleaning service . dishwasher was hard to use .

• Vylius (7/5): 0/10 for checkin/checkout process - Flat is spacious and nicely decorated, location is great. Close to metro, bus stops. But - you have dishwasher, but no tablets left, not even couple. Also no sponge or soap to clean the dishes. The chekin-in process was a tragedy. We arrived at flat around 00:00 to find out that theres no keybox and no possibility to enter the flat. It was impossible to contact Agency as noone answered. Booking support didn‘t helped as well. As they tried to call same number we called and wrote them message. In the middle of the night, while 7 people are stranded for 1,5 hours at -2 outside. It was pure luck that we met neighbours who knew owners of the flat and managed to get them 01:30 o‘clock in the night who let us in. (Big thanks for them). Next day agency asks to send videos proving that theres no keybox. No apology at all. Probably thinking that 7 people are idiots who cannot find a keybox. For me its crazy and irresponsible, that noone checks if the keys are still there they should be left on the day or arrival. Basically if you arrive at night it is very possible that you will not be able to come into the flat. Considering that next day they bought additional keys (afternoon) and placed new key box in same location which was AGAIN missing on our departure day.

• Amit (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is very comfortable, clean 👌, organized with great facilities and everything we need. We were 6 guests, and there's a place for everyone and more. The air-conditioning was very good, the big supermarket is very close, there is a bus station next to the building, and to the metro is 8 minutes walk.we wish to stay more than 4 days 😀
