- Anna (4/5): Срочно нужен клининг и косметический ремонт! - Из плюсов в этом объекте . Общий лаундж на последнем этаже с великолепным видом. Но это не заслуга данных апартаментов . Этим пользуется арендодатель . 2+2, август . Неожиданный момент , смена адреса . Перед приездом мы все распланировали метро магазины рядом и не очень приятно когда вам сообщают , что апартаменты находятся на другом адресе . Это те же что на фото с чудесным видовым лаунджем, но на другом адресе . Из плюсов ближе метро DLR Вест Индия или Блэкуол. Квартира на 3 этаже вид сняла . Очень некогда модный ремонт современный с климат контролем из каждой комнаты балкон. 2 ванные с туалетом , в одной душ. Но квартира очень убитая стены в царапинах , двери в грязи , пожалуйста хозяин сделайте косметический ремонт, хотя бы стены покрасьте! Балкон грязный не встать ни сесть окна замызганные с обеих сторон , шторы никто и никогда не стирал ! На 4 х людей всего 3 стула . Очень очень жутко грязно. Если вы как и я педант чистоты, и даже не педант - пока вы все не помоете вы не расслабитесь ! В мусорках остатки отходов от предыдущих и мусор. Какие -то тапки везде использованные чьи- то , фантики , ненужный мусор , в шкафах тут и там постельное использованное чье—то, на полках в кухне все рассыпано, кофеварка и в целом все приборы все грязное . Есть тряпки чистящее бери - мой не отдыхать же приехал . В целом квартира оснащена стиральная, посудомоечная , утюг, фен, кофеварка Сименс встроенная на зерна и молотый , микроволновая печ, духовка. Везде шампуни , для душа и щетки чьи то. Бери пользуй ! Вообщем если хозяин сделает косметический и генеральную уборку я еще приеду сюда . Иначе нет . Подводя итоги метро и лаундж нас оставили тут. Спасибо, нам разрешили заселится чуток раньше , но пришлось подождать 20 минут пока уберут - вот столько длится уборка квартиры 70 м2. Поэтому такая уборка . Ну потом вы еще потратите минимум час чтоб не было противно .
- Hanu (8/5): - Location and facilities in the apartment were great. In a peaceful area with walking access to TESCO, DLR and restaurants We stayed for 7+7 days. House cleaning could have been more frequent rather than only once. Cost a bit on the higher side
- Donna (1/5): Be careful about this property advertised as it may be a scam. - Nothing We got a message just before checking in that the address for the property was wrong and we had to walk for 30 minutes with our heavy luggage to another property outside of Canary Wharf. We had booked this property for a few days before so why wait until the last moment to tell us the address is not correct. We met the property owner at this new location and said he no longer had the one advertised for a while. We had no choice but to stay at this 2nd rated property that was not near much. We felt ripped off as we booked the property for the location. We feel this is breach of contract as we looked for a lot of places to stay and at Canary Wharf was close to what we needed. The only close transport was the DLR but that did not help us much as we had to use it to get to better transport. There was no milk, tea or coffee for us at the new location. Only old coffee and tea left from previous residents that we thought was too old to use. There was a constant noisy fan running that made it difficult to sleep due to the noise it made. We could not get the air con to get the room warm and it was very loud to use. The 2nd aircon in the bedroom did not work either. There were old toiletries left in the cupboards in the 2 bathrooms and was unhealthy for us. There was also old looking food in the kitchen. There was a broken chair left on the balcony. The view from the balcony was of an old ventilation shaft and a rubbish pile on the ground. We looked across to another apartment building so we could not leave our blinds open. The pictures on the advertised property are from the top floor which to us is false advertising and not a true review of what is available. We now see that the old property is advertised again on booking.com. Be aware that this may be a scam and get caught like we did.
- Heidi (2/5): Nicht empfehlenswert! - Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel gut erreichbar. Sicherheit. Die Ausstattung benötigt dringend Aufmerksamkeit - Terrassenstühle kaputt, Gefrierschrank-Schubladen kaputt, Kaffeemaschinen eklig - Schimmel in der eingebauten Kaffeemaschine, Küchenschränke sehr billig, alles in der Küche schmutzig - Toaster fettig, Wasserkocher total verkalkt. Bügeleisen mit klebrigen Belag, nicht zu gebrauchen. Kaffeebecher zum Teil mit Rissen, sodass der Kaffee ausläuft. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und bieten keine Unterstützung für den Rücken.
Auf Booking.com wurde geworben mit Fitnessstudio und Schwimmbad, das eigentlich nur für Bewohner des Gebäudes verfügbar sind. Als wir das angesprochen haben, wurde gesagt das Problem sei bekannt. Wieso wird diese falsche Angabe nicht auf Booking.com gestrichen???

- Gitte (3/5): Ville aldrig booke det igen og vil ikke anbefale det. - Fin udsigt fra 43 etage At vi fik at vide 3 dage før afrejse og efter 100 % betaling at adressen var en anden. Der var også møjbeskidt over det hele og lange sorte hår både i badekar og skuffer. Stole og senge var gennem slidte og sofa samt puder lugtede sur og håndklæder lugtede af røg.
Ændring af adresse mener vi er kontraktbrud da vi bestilte efter beliggenheden.
Lejlighed lå på 3 sal som ikke fremgik af beskrivelsen. Den lovede city view var direkte ind i en anden bygning.
Den var ikke pengene værd.
- Marco Emilio (9/5): Pregevole appartamento a pochi passi da Canary Wharf - Bellissimo appartamento, comodo per una famiglia di quattro persone, con due camere e due bagni, ampia zona soggiorno con cucina a vista completa di tutto il necessario. Top la macchina del caffè integrata negli elettrodomestici della cucina. Al 43 esimo piano fantastica zona lounge con terrazza panoramica sulla città. L'indirizzo indicato su booking non era corretto, ha generato un po' di difficoltà per l'arrivo, chiedete conferma prima di organizzare i transfer. Piccolo difetto nel doccino del bagno e la tenda del soggiorno è un po' instabile. il televisore,grande, ma manca di collegamento con l'antenna quindi restano solo fonti streaming.
- Lamia (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful tower and apartment. Mohamed, our host, was super helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. The area is very safe, and the bus stop is 3 minutes away.
