• John (1/5): Definitely won't be back. Needs major cleaning and maintenance. - Location and view very good. 1.) Tile floors and kitchen table dirty and very sticky. The soles of socks ended up black 2.) Fly wire doors to verandah kept jamming making exiting difficult, also couldn’t be locked 3.) Ensuite toilet button broken and jamming the flushing action 4.) Pillows and linen dirty with stains including blood and hair 5.) Beds in the bedrooms very uncomfortable because of sagging centres 6.) Filthy oven and toaster 7.) Damaged switch to power point in kitchen 8.) Verandah and BBQ area dirty with damaged chairs 9.) Several items of bedroom furniture with broken edging. 10.) Main fridge in kitchen did not work and the spare in the laundry was filthy and needed cleaning My daughter in law who stayed in this apartment with her husband and son spent quite some time mopping the floor, cleaning down the table and cleaning the 2nd fridge. She didn't attempt to clean the stove and toaster, They used the microwave and ate mainly take-away meals.

• Patricia (4/5): With good property managers / owners, this apartment could have been great - Location Should have had a nice view from the lounge, but one of the roller blinds over a large window, was broken and could not be raised. Therefore rather dark inside, and unable to see the view from the lounge. Beds… main bedroom, uncomfortable mattress, very strong smell of cat wee. 2nd and 3 rd bedrooms, mattresses stained, one had a hole in it. No mattress covers in place. Sheets, one had a hole in it, another , ripped. Doona cover in 2nd bedroom, dirty, blood stains on the bottom. Mattress in bed 2 was extremely uncomfortable, possibly was a base mattress to be used with a top layer. Balcony: Broken chairs x 3 Sliding gauze door to balcony could not be shut easily, door kept slipping off the tracks and sticking. Some down lights in the dining / kitchen were not working. There were replacement globes in kitchen drawers but no possible access to the very high ceiling. Dining chairs extremely uncomfortable and need replacing. All windows and gauzes were very dirty . Laundry : washing machine door broken, unable to be used
• Len (1/5): Described as luxury accommodation was fraudulent and we request refund of what we paid - Location acceptable. Poor cleanliness, broken ammenities, rusty BBQ, blocked master bedroom sink, stained bed linen, no hanging space or side tables in the 2nd bedroom. Certainly won't be staying there again.

• Cathy (7/5): Good - Location. Cleanliness. Everything was there that we needed. The vehicle gate was faulty & the back door on ground floor had no light, which made it difficult to put the key into the lock in the dark. Also, the balcony light next to the BBQ didn't work and the bug zapper on the balcony didn't work either. The fly screen doors to the balcony easily came off their tracks when you open them.
• Brett (9/5): staff extremely helpful and overall an enjoyable stay. - location excellent, great views and close to shopping center. bit of maintenance required, loose tap in the bathroom and a globe or two out. remote for car park gate was not working but was provided another one ASAP.
