• Viji (9/5): It's a great option if you’re looking for a clean, safe and comfortable place near the airport - We stayed in this apartment for one night due to its proximity to the airport and it turned out to be a pleasant experience. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and well-maintained, located in a nice, safe neighborhood, which made the stay comfortable and worry-free. The only drawbacks were minor. The staff barely spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, it would be helpful if the apartment provided some basic amenities such as toiletries, drinking water, and coffee or tea for guests, especially for short stays.

Showers are nice and hot! Hosts and owners were very helpful, even before we checked in. Easy to get Ubers and order Talabat deliveries to the accommodation Could have done with a few more bath towels and hand towels in apartment.

Через 2 дня с моей карты были попытки оплаты в египетском интернет магазине. Карту пришлось блокировать. Интернет в квартире не работал. Мы были всего одну ночь, поэтому нам было неважно

Owner was very kind and friendly, shout out to Mahmoud and moustafa who helped us get acquainted with ordering food and getting us new sheets and towels. The property was not maintained as expected, it was very dusty and not cleaned for a comfortable stay. We had insects bites after sleeping therefore Mats and couch need to be cleaned thoroughly. Checkout was not properly facilitated although plans were communicated in advance.

Although Booking.com listed three bathrooms, there were actually two. However, the owner kindly sent a full video of the apartment before our arrival, so we knew exactly what to expect. • humaira (10/5): VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE - We booked this location because we had a flight to catch and wanted to be near to the airport. So it served its purpose. The cleanliness and comfort is superb!! The sheets were freshly laundered and smells soooo good. Wifi was provided and the host was easy to contact via WhatsApp. No towels were provided so we had to use the small face towel given. The location is quite far from the city centre. something to consider if you are going around city centre often.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vorallem Mr. Karim der Inhaber und sein Miitarbeiter Mustafa. 24 Stunden rundumservice. Fast wie ein Hotel nur ohne All inklusive Essen. Egal was man benötigt MR. KARIM und Mustafa bringen es bis ins Zimmer, gehen für dich einkaufen und reinigen die ganze Wohnung alle 3 Tage blitz blank. Die Poolnutzung ist gegen Gebühr möglich, da dieser zum Hotel gehört und nicht zu den Apartments. Über die App Talabat kann man sich rund um die Uhr Essen und trinken liefern lassen. • Amer (10/5): See you next summer - The host is an amazing person, very helpful. Goes out of his way to assist and show us around the city. The suite was large, 3 bedrooms, 3 washrooms, 3 separate living rooms with large TV’s, kitchen full of appliances, wifi worked great. We would definitely come back again, and again and again. Our flight was delays and he was very accommodating. My kids loved it. My wife loved how spacious the suit. Everything was perfect

The apartment itself was perfect, fully equipped, and lacked nothing. It will definitely remain my favorite place to stay.

The host and his team were very responsive and attended to our requests promptly. The only small suggestion would be to refresh the towels, as they looked a bit worn. • Nevin (1/5): It was an uncomfortable experience living in this unit for a whole month - Nothing, everything were bad I want to file a complaint about the unit I booked via Booking.com from Australia (from 2/8/2025 - 30/8/2025) The address is Ocean Blue Studio Unit 402, Building 4 Cairo Egypt. The condition of the unit when I checked in on Saturday 02/08/2025 was very bad. 1- The bathroom sink was clogged, and I asked the maintenance man to fix it but he ignored my request 2- The living room sofa was smelly and had cigarette burn marks on it 3- The kitchen cabinets and the fridge were stinky and unclean. I asked them to clean both, but they just gave it a superficial cleaning. The kitchen was unusable during the whole period of my stay. 4- The bed linens and the pillows were smelly and unclean as well. I had to remove them, and I bought new ones. 5- We weren’t allowed access to the swimming pool and the gym as advertised on the website. It was clearly that I booked this unit in the first place because it was mentioned on the website that it has access to the swimming pool it was a completely uncomfortable experience staying in this unit. • Mark (6/5): Nice apartment- clean, safe and spacious- If you want to swim go somewhere else. - Great location close to airport and easy to get downtown. Large apartment and immaculate. Very helpful owner and staff. The swimming pool costs 500 Egyptian pounds per person and is only open 10-6pm. This is not included in the price. As a family of 5 a dip was not affordable. The photos lead you to believe the pool is part of the price. Would never have stayed if we had knew about this.
