• carolyn and scott (7/5): great location-close to public transport and attractions. - the location is exceptional. 304 is away from the rooftop bar and is much quieter than 303. (we have stayed in both). The unit has everything that you require apart from a working clothes dryer. very disappointing to see that the clothes dryer is still not working (see review 29 Aug 2025 "...Clothes Dryer is faulty - cuts out when only half dry and will not restart for hours. Even with all doors open to allow ventilation...." We had this exact same issue using multiple programs, ensuring the filter was clean etc We brought minimal clothing for our trip knowing there was a washing machine and dryer to use, only to find the dryer is still malfunctioning. It seems to be overheating, cutting out and then can only be restarted once it has cooled down. it only runs for between 2-8 minutes. Support were notified but unable to help apart from providing some online instruction's that we had already tried.

• Annette (3/5): Excellent location but don’t stay here if you have dustmite allergy - Location was excellent and apartment was spacious. Beds were comfortable. Milk provided in fridge was nice for morning coffees. Very dusty. Both of us had to take high doses of antihistamines. Doors and sinks/ showers bit grubby/ stained - some loose taps. Other people’s hair in drawers/sinks/cupboards.
• Anne (10/5): Convenient to Salamanca markets. - The location was incredible, very central and convenient to Salamanca markets. Totally self contained apartment and lockup car park accessed via remote. The front of the residence is secure from the street and required code access or swipe key access, felt very secure. We had 2 seperate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, great for party of 3. Next door was a Mexican themed restaurant that was great food and the Gold Bar that had awesome cocktails and a cozy aea next to bar. Recommend a visit! We had no issues, but other tenants mentioned the noise from pub across the road. We were at the back of the building and had no concerns.

• Colin (9/5): A great location with easy self checking in and out. Will return again - Great location to wharf area of Hobart and a short walk to the CBD. We had a spacious loft apartment with am-Le room for two Nothing there to say but an opening window for fresh air would have been nice
• Elena (10/5): Happy overall and plan to stay there if possible next my visit - This is a spacious yet quiet and cozy place in the heart of Hobart, with full facilities, beautiful walks and views nearby, and plenty of cafes and restaurants within easy reach. There was quite a bit of dust, which may be due to the age of the property.

• heidimc8 (10/5): Girls Birthday Trip to Hobart! - Easy check in and check out. Great location. Loved the apartments (we had 302, 303 and 304). Self contained apartments ideal for longer stays. A few problems the host may not be aware of (faulty dryer and microwave doesn't produce heat). Apartment 304 - Microwave does not work - light comes on, turntable goes around however no heat. Be prepared to allow extra time to heat food in the oven. Clothes Dryer is faulty - cuts out when only half dry and will not restart for hours. Even with all doors open to allow ventilation. There is a clothes rack to dry off however this can take 1 - 2 days depending on the season. During the month of July 2025 there is a lot of building/construction happening directly next door so don't plan on having a sleep in Mon-Fri as they start at 0700 (some days they began at 0630) and it is LOUD.
