Grubby doors, other people’s hair around, wobbly taps, stained sinks and shower grout.

- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional location and a very comfortable stay - We had a great stay here and would happily return. The location is outstanding — central and within easy walking distance to our conference venue, the markets, restaurants, shops, and everything we wanted to do in Hobart.
The apartment was very clean and much more spacious than expected, with two good‑sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a comfortable living area. The kitchen was well equipped (including a dishwasher), and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. Beds were comfortable, and the lift access to the third floor made things easy.
Parking is tight, as noted in the listing, but our Yaris Cross SUV fit without any issues.
The apartment was mostly very quiet with no traffic noise. On Friday and Saturday nights we could hear music from a nearby pub, but it finished before midnight and didn’t impact our stay.
Overall, a clean, well‑located, and comfortable apartment — highly recommend. The room could use an upgrade to a smart TV, but this is not a deal breaker.
- Roslyn (9/5): Comfortable accommodation in an excellent location - This apartment is in an excellent location close to Constitution Dock, restaurants and cafe's. An easy walk to a shopping center for picking up food items. Access to the garage is a bit difficult, especially in peak hour traffic.
It would be advantageous to have a wall clock.

- Marina (8/5): Great location for a short city stay. - The location was excellent! Easy walk to major sights. Right next to Salamanca Markets and Brook Street Pier. There wasn’t anything wrong with the property. Personally… the bed in the loft was very uncomfortable for us. It’s very soft and saggy. Also, we were there on a Saturday night and it was extremely noisy until about 3am from the clubs and pubs in the area. Lots of shouting and screaming.

- Jasmine (10/5): Location is amazing. Would stay again. - The location is 10/10, so close to everything. A 5 min walk to the markets and wharf. It was so cold, we couldn’t turn off the ducted air conditioning.
- Carolyn (9/5): Excellent accommodation. Perfect location - once we got in it was very easy to swipe in and out of the property. The location was incredible-very easy access to everything. The unit had everything we needed for a week long stay. There were plenty of cooking accessories to prepare meals. We stayed in May and the noise from the roof top bar next door was minimal and not disruptive at all...but I could see that it would be problematic in summer We found it very tricky to get into the building the first few times. You really need to completely cover the area above the door handle and keep it covered for a good few seconds before the pad lights up. Luckily someone staying there was able to help! There's no smart tv.

The property was very well fitted out having full kitchen was great, although we didn't use it. Also 2 separate bedrooms & bathroom each was fantastic. Noise at night, being close to pubs & bars the extremely loud noise, we call 'doof doof' til 3 am - not good
