• Anne (7/5): Heads up travelers from the USA… - The location was incredible. Literally steps away from the Acropolis museum, metro, wonderful dining, shops and even a spa. We appreciated having water in the refrigerator upon arrival and snacks. That is a very nice touch after a long day of travel. The security deposit. We had traveled quite a bit over the years and this was the first time I’ve ever had to pay a security deposit for a short term rental. We were already traveling overseas when I received a message from the property manager the day before we were supposed to arrive with the complicated instructions on how to make the deposit. We are from the USA and our bank does not recognize ban numbers, etc. The property manager said we could make the deposit through PayPal instead. I sent the security deposit through PayPal. The owner of the property would have ten days to accept the link in the event there was an issue after our departure. Our stay was only for four nights. The owner accepted the security deposit immediately. Six days after our departure I reached out to Konstantinos the property manager to inquire as to when we may receive our deposit back. He said that day. When I received my deposit back it was $30.00 USD less than the 296 euros I sent through PayPal to cover the required $250.00 USD deposit. When the owner accepted my “deposit” PayPal charged her fees. Even though we didn’t damage the property I am out $30.00 of my security deposit because the owner accepted the deposit and PayPal charged her a fee. I reached out to Konstantinos about this. They will not reimburse the remainder of my deposit. I’m not sure how many of you are travel on a budget but an extra $30 on top of all of the other hidden and unexpected fees that pop up is too much. A security deposit is strictly to cover damage to the property of it occurs. Not to cover the property owner’s PayPal fees.

• Agustina (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - The furniture and everything looks exactly like the pictures and everything is absolutely new. The location is great, cleaning is exceptional and they even left us snacks and drinks which was a great touch. You can tell they take care of small details and they go the extra mile. I manage a hotel so my expectations are super high and they were exceeded. Communication was perfect. Thanks for everything! 10/10 Nothing - I was a bit hesitant about the bond but everything was returned timely.

It had everything we needed, and the location was great for exploring the city. Konstantinos was a fantastic host, always helpful and accommodating,.
